धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान के तहत व्यापक जागरूकता एवं योजना प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु विशेष अभियान का आयोजन

गुमला : – जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जनजातीय समुदाय के लोगों को सरकारी योजनाओं से शत-प्रतिशत लाभान्वित करने के उद्देश्य से वर्ष 2024-25 से धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान (DA-JGUA) कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई है। यह अभियान प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय समावेशन मिशन (PM-JANMAN) के साथ मिलकर गुमला जिले के आदिवासी बहुल गांवों में सरकारी योजनाओं की पहुंच और प्रभाव को सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए एक परिवर्तनकारी पहल के रूप में संचालित किया जा रहा है।

इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य जमीनी स्तर पर जागरूकता बढ़ाना, सरकारी लाभों को अधिकतम पात्र लाभार्थियों तक पहुँचाना और विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूहों (PVTGs) को सशक्त बनाना है। इस दिशा में 15 जून 2025 से 30 जून 2025 तक एक विशेष सूचना, शिक्षा एवं संचार (IEC) अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इस अवधि में गुमला जिले के समस्त प्रखंडों में लाभ संतृप्ति शिविरों का आयोजन कर पात्र परिवारों तक योजनाओं का सीधा लाभ पहुँचाया जाएगा।

अभियान के अंतर्गत आदिवासी समुदायों के बीच सरकारी योजनाओं एवं उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ गांव स्तर पर पात्र परिवारों को आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाता, स्वास्थ्य कार्ड, गैस कनेक्शन आदि जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। इसके अतिरिक्त ग्राम सभाओं, नुक्कड़ नाटकों, स्थानीय प्रदर्शनियों आदि के माध्यम से सहभागी लोकतंत्र को भी प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा। अभियान के अंतर्गत आदिवासी युवाओं को नेतृत्व विकास के लिए ‘परिवर्तन नेता’ के रूप में प्रशिक्षित करने की भी योजना है।

इस प्रयास का उद्देश्य केवल जागरूकता तक सीमित नहीं रहेगा, बल्कि यह व्यक्तिगत अधिकारों के वास्तविक लाभ को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में सक्रिय पहल करेगा। अभियान के तहत जनधन योजना, आयुष्मान भारत योजना, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना, वनाधिकार अधिनियम के तहत अधिकारों का क्रियान्वयन, छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएँ, एकलव्य मॉडल आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थापना, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना, जल जीवन मिशन, सिकल सेल एनीमिया मिशन, पोषण अभियान सहित कुल 40 से अधिक कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को जनजातीय समुदाय के लाभार्थियों तक पहुँचाया जाएगा।

इस अभियान को प्रभावी बनाने हेतु अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति, अल्पसंख्यक एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण विभाग रांची को नये छात्रावास भवन एवं TMMC भवन के निर्माण हेतु प्रस्ताव भेजे गए हैं। वहीं जिले के सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को 15 जून से 30 जून 2025 तक विशेष प्रचार-प्रसार कार्यक्रम चलाने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

‘अपना गांव, अपनी शान – समग्र विकास का अभियान, धरती आबा अभियान’ के मूलमंत्र के साथ यह पहल गुमला जिले के प्रत्येक जनजातीय ग्राम को सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं बुनियादी ढांचे की दृष्टि से सशक्त बनाने का मार्ग प्रशस्त करेगी। “धरती आबा का सपना, 63,000 गांवों का उत्कर्ष अपना” के संकल्प के साथ यह अभियान जनजातीय समाज के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम सिद्ध होगा।
