मतदान केंद्रों के रेशनेलाइजेशन एवं आइडेंटिफिकेशन को लेकर उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में बैठक सम्पन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के कार्यालय कक्ष में उपायुक्त – सह – जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में मतदान केंद्रों के रेशनेलाइजेशन एवं आइडेंटिफिकेशन को लेकर बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

बैठक के दौरान जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सुषमा लकड़ा ने उपायुक्त गुमला को सभी प्रखंडों से प्राप्त कार्ययोजना के संबंध में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि बारह सौ से अधिक की आबादी वाले क्षेत्र में रेशनलाइजेशन की प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करते हुए मतदान केंद्रों को सुव्यवस्थित एवं सुलभ बनाया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि मतदान केंद्रों की दूरी दो किमी के अंदर होने चाहिए।

बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा मुख्य रूप से सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में स्थित मतदान केंद्रों का भौतिक सत्यापन करने का निर्देश दिया गया। बैठक में यह निर्देश दिया गया कि यदि किसी मतदान केंद्र में मिनिमम फैसिलिटी की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो वहां आवश्यकतानुसार सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं। साथ ही जिन क्षेत्रों में मतदान केंद्रों की दूरी अधिक है, वहां अतिरिक्त मतदान केंद्र स्थापित करने की दिशा में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने को भी कहा गया। इसके साथ ही मतदान केंद्रों के भवन की स्थिति के संबंध में भी चर्चा की गई।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से SDO सदर राजीव नीरज, SDO बसिया जयवंती देवगम , जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सुषमा लकड़ा,सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य सम्बंधित पदाधिकारी एवं अन्य कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
