जनजातीय ग्रामों के समग्र विकास को लेकर गुमला में हुई रणनीतिक बैठक, 15 जून से चलेगा जागरूकता अभियान

गुमला — जिले के जनजातीय बहुल गांवों को विकास की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ने के उद्देश्य से “धरती आबा जनजातीय ग्राम उत्कर्ष अभियान” पर केंद्रित एक अहम बैठक आज गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) और विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी शामिल हुए।

बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य था— सरकारी योजनाओं की पहुँच का मूल्यांकन, जनजागरूकता अभियान की रणनीति तय करना और चिन्हित ग्रामों में योजनाओं की शत-प्रतिशत संतृप्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक ठोस कार्य योजना तैयार करना।

उपायुक्त दीक्षित ने अभियान के उद्देश्यों और लक्ष्यों की विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि 15 जून से 30 जून 2025 तक चिन्हित गांवों में विशेष जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इसके तहत ग्रामीणों को सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जाएगी और उन्हें सक्रिय भागीदारी के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा।

बैठक में यह भी निर्णय लिया गया कि अभियान के दौरान कल्याणकारी योजनाओं में मौजूद खामियों की पहचान (क्रिटिकल गैप एनालिसिस) कर, उन्हें समन्वित विभागीय कार्रवाई के माध्यम से दूर किया जाएगा। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि 15 नवंबर 2025 तक सभी लक्षित गांवों में योजनाओं की पूर्ण पहुँच सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने यह भी रेखांकित किया कि अभियान की सफलता के लिए जन प्रतिनिधियों, पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों और स्वयंसेवी संगठनों (NGOs) की भागीदारी न केवल सहायक बल्कि आवश्यक है।

उपस्थित अधिकारियों को यह निर्देश दिया गया कि वे ग्राम स्तर पर प्राप्त आंकड़ों और फीडबैक के आधार पर माइक्रो-प्लान तैयार करें और योजनाओं के जमीनी क्रियान्वयन की निगरानी करें। साथ ही, प्रगति की साप्ताहिक समीक्षा की जाएगी और रिपोर्ट उपायुक्त कार्यालय को भेजी जाएगी।

बैठक के अंतर्गत अधिकारियों के लिए एक प्रशिक्षण सत्र भी आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें उन्हें अभियान के क्रियान्वयन से संबंधित आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

यह बैठक जनजातीय समुदाय के समग्र विकास को लेकर प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता और स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम के रूप में देखी जा रही है।
