गुमला — गुमला ज़िले के सिसई प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय परिसर में मंगलवार को आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण शिविर में नागरिकों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। इस मौके पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुंचे और अधिकारियों के समक्ष आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए।
इस शिविर का उद्देश्य नागरिकों की शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करना था। कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रखंड कार्यालय को कुल 19 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 18 शिकायतों का निस्तारण मौके पर ही अधिकारियों द्वारा कर दिया गया। शेष एक आवेदन को संबंधित कर्मी को सौंपा गया है ताकि आवेदक को जल्द से जल्द समाधान मिल सके।
अंचल कार्यालय को कुल 35 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें से 29 मामलों का निपटारा तत्काल किया गया, जबकि ऑनलाइन पंजी-2 में सुधार से जुड़े चार आवेदन प्रक्रिया में आगे बढ़ाए गए हैं। अधिकारियों ने इन्हें शीघ्र निष्पादन के लिए संबंधित कर्मियों को सौंप दिया है।
सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) से संबंधित दो आवेदन भी शिविर में सामने आए, जिन पर विभागीय प्रक्रिया के तहत अग्रेतर कार्रवाई की जा रही है ताकि लाभुकों को निर्धारित समयसीमा में उचित लाभ मिल सके।
शिविर में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे और उन्होंने जन समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संवेदनशीलता और तत्परता के साथ कार्य किया। शिविर की सफलता से यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि स्थानीय स्तर पर नागरिकों की शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता बनी हुई है।
