गुमला में जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न, योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में तेज़ी लाने पर दिया गया ज़ोर

गुमला — ज़िले में संचालित विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा और समन्वय को लेकर गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिलास्तरीय समन्वय समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों ने हिस्सा लिया और अपनी योजनाओं की वर्तमान प्रगति, समस्याएं और आवश्यकताएं साझा कीं।

बैठक की शुरुआत में उपायुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि योजनाओं को समयबद्ध और परिणाममूलक रूप से लागू किया जाए, और इसके लिए प्रखंड व पंचायत स्तर पर भी नियमित बैठकें सुनिश्चित की जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागीय समन्वय और जमीनी निगरानी ही क्रियान्वयन की गुणवत्ता को सुनिश्चित कर सकती है।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर विशेष ज़ोर

बैठक में निर्माणाधीन 67 स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों की समीक्षा की गई। चैनपुर प्रखंड में ठप पड़े सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) के निर्माण पर उपायुक्त ने नाराजगी जताई और संबंधित अभियंता, बीडीओ व सिविल सर्जन की वेतन रोकने की चेतावनी देते हुए निर्माण कार्य को नवंबर 2025 तक पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

वहीं, भूमि विवादों के कारण रुके हुए स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों व BPHU के निर्माण को लेकर उपायुक्त ने विभागीय समन्वय के ज़रिए शीघ्र समाधान निकालने को कहा। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि 22 आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों को राज्य स्तर से सर्टिफिकेशन मिल चुका है और अब इन्हें राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रमाणित करने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। GAP असेसमेंट और सुधार के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

आंगनवाड़ी और सामाजिक कल्याण योजनाएं

निर्माणाधीन 82 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि बुनियादी सुविधाओं जैसे बिजली, पानी और अप्रोच रोड की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित की जाए। लेरंबा और सिलफरी केंद्रों की मरम्मत को 15 दिन के भीतर पूरा करने की समयसीमा तय की गई।

समेकित जनजातीय विकास अभिकरण (ITDA) की योजनाओं में छात्रवृत्ति, साइकिल वितरण और आदिवासी परंपरागत भवनों की स्थिति पर चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने पात्र छात्रों को समय पर छात्रवृत्ति दिलाने के लिए बैंक कैंप लगाने के निर्देश दिए।

सामाजिक सुरक्षा और आधार लिंकिंग

मैय्या सम्मान योजना के तहत अप्रैल तक भुगतान हो चुका है, लेकिन लगभग 15,000 लाभुकों के आधार वेरिफिकेशन न होने से भुगतान लंबित है। उपायुक्त ने प्रखंड स्तर पर कैंप लगाकर आधार सीडिंग तेज़ करने को कहा।

जल, कृषि और पशुपालन की स्थिति

जल जीवन मिशन के तहत ग्रामीणों को स्वच्छ पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए खराब जलमीनारों की मरम्मत को तत्काल शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग में ई-केवाईसी की धीमी प्रगति पर चिंता जताई गई, वहीं पशुपालन विभाग ने मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना और गव्य विकास योजना की जानकारी दी।

कृषि विभाग ने बीज वितरण और किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की प्रगति साझा की। उद्यान विभाग ने प्राकृतिक खेती मिशन के अंतर्गत सखी और CRP के चयन की जानकारी दी, जबकि भूमि संरक्षण विभाग ने किसानों को ट्रैक्टर, मिनी ट्रैक्टर और पंपसेट वितरित करने की योजना बताई।

अबुआ आवास और जनमन योजना की समीक्षा

अबुआ आवास योजना की धीमी प्रगति पर उपायुक्त ने 15 जून तक लक्ष्य पूरा करने और 10 दिनों में प्लिंथ स्तर तक कार्य पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।
प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना के तहत सभी निर्माण कार्यों को अक्टूबर तक समाप्त करने की हिदायत दी गई। विशेष ध्यान बिशुनपुर और चैनपुर प्रखंडों पर देने की बात कही गई।

पारदर्शिता और सहयोग पर ज़ोर

बैठक के समापन पर उपायुक्त ने दोहराया कि सभी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित होनी चाहिए। आपसी समन्वय, सतत निगरानी और समय-समय पर समीक्षा ही जिले के समग्र विकास का मूल मंत्र है।

बैठक में उपविकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, ITDA परियोजना निदेशक, तीनों अनुमंडलों के SDO, सभी DCLR, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी सहित सभी विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
