गुमला में राजस्व कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक, लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निपटारे पर दिया गया जोर

गुमला — जिले में राजस्व संबंधी कार्यों की प्रगति और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाईक और उप विकास आयुक्त की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में राजस्व विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।

इस बैठक में सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, डीसीएलआर, अंचल अधिकारी समेत संबंधित जिला स्तरीय विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में ऑनलाइन दाखिल-खारिज प्रक्रिया, रेंट कलेक्शन, परिशोधन पोर्टल पर लंबित शिकायतें, राजस्व न्यायालयों के केस, पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना, तथा जाति, आय और आवासीय प्रमाण पत्रों के निर्गत प्रक्रिया समेत भू-अर्जन और जन शिकायत निवारण से संबंधित मामलों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान अपर समाहर्ता ने सभी अंचल अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि राजस्व संबंधी कार्यों को समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी तरीके से पूर्ण किया जाए, जिससे आम नागरिकों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो। उन्होंने लंबित दाखिल-खारिज मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन को प्राथमिकता में रखने को कहा।

शशिंद्र बड़ाईक ने विशेष रूप से यह निर्देश भी दिया कि सभी प्रमाण पत्र— चाहे वह जाति, आय, या आवासीय हो— निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर निर्गत किए जाएं। साथ ही, हर अंचल कार्यालय में सप्ताह में एक दिन जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित करने के भी निर्देश जारी किए गए ताकि स्थानीय स्तर पर नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समय पर समाधान सुनिश्चित हो सके।

बैठक का मूल उद्देश्य था— प्रशासनिक पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और सेवा वितरण की गुणवत्ता को बेहतर बनाना, जिसे लेकर सभी अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
