गुमला — झारखंड सरकार द्वारा विज्ञान शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला शिक्षा परियोजना की अतिरिक्त जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (एडीपीओ) ज्योति खलखो को पुणे स्थित भारतीय विज्ञान शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान (IISER) में 15 से 18 जून 2025 तक आयोजित विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने के लिए भेजा गया है।
यह प्रशिक्षण भारत सरकार के विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के सहयोग से “इंस्पायरिंग इंडिया इन रिसर्च, इनोवेशन एंड STEM एजुकेशन” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य में विज्ञान, गणित, इंजीनियरिंग और प्रौद्योगिकी (STEM) की शिक्षा को नवाचार एवं गुणवत्ता के साथ सुदृढ़ बनाना है।
ज्ञात हो कि IISER पुणे राष्ट्रीय स्तर का एक प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान है, जो विज्ञान शिक्षा, अनुसंधान और नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रहा है। झारखंड सरकार ने राज्य के सभी 24 जिलों से चयनित शिक्षा पदाधिकारियों को इस प्रशिक्षण में शामिल करने के लिए संस्थान के साथ एकरारनामा किया है। गुमला जिले से एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो का चयन उनकी योग्यता और कार्यक्षमता के आधार पर किया गया है।
ज्योति खलखो 14 जून की संध्या को पुणे पहुंच चुकी हैं और वर्तमान में प्रशिक्षण सत्र में सक्रिय रूप से भाग ले रही हैं। प्रशिक्षण के पश्चात वह जिले में गुणवत्तापूर्ण विज्ञान शिक्षा एवं नवाचार से जुड़ी कार्ययोजनाएं तैयार करेंगी। इसके साथ ही शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण देकर STEM शिक्षा के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु मार्गदर्शन भी करेंगी।
जिला शिक्षा कार्यालय के अनुसार, इस पहल से न सिर्फ गुमला जिले में विज्ञान शिक्षा को एक नई दिशा मिलेगी, बल्कि छात्रों को शोध एवं नवाचार के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने में भी मदद मिलेगी। विज्ञान शिक्षा में सुधार की दिशा में यह कदम एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर साबित हो सकता है।
