जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स समिति की बैठक आयोजित, अवैध खनन पर सख्त कार्रवाई के निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिला खनन टास्क फोर्स समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान, वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी अहमद बेलाल अनवर तथा अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में जिले में अवैध खनन पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण, पर्यावरणीय संतुलन बनाए रखने और तकनीकी निगरानी व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने हेतु कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त गुमला ने खनन एवं संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने का निर्देश दिया ताकि हर गतिविधि की निगरानी की जा सके। पुलिस अधीक्षक ने निर्देश दिया कि बॉक्साइट से लदे सभी ट्रकों में ऊपर से प्लास्टिक कवर लगाया जाए, ट्रकों पर स्पष्ट नंबर प्लेट हों तथा जीपीएस ट्रैकिंग की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य रूप से की जाए। बालू स्टॉक का भौतिक सत्यापन कर आवश्यक मिलान सुनिश्चित करने को भी कहा गया।

बैठक में बताया गया कि नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल के निर्देशानुसार 10 जून से 15 अक्टूबर तक सभी नदियों से बालू निकासी और उत्खनन पर पूर्णतः प्रतिबंध रहेगा। सभी बालू घाट धारकों और भंडारण अनुज्ञप्तिधारकों को इस आशय की सूचना जारी कर दी गई है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा संवेदनशील खनन क्षेत्रों में नियमित छापेमारी कर अवैध खनन पर रोक लगाने का कार्य लगातार किया जा रहा है।

प्राप्त शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जा रही है और अनुमंडल स्तर पर स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों तथा अंचलाधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए निगरानी की जा रही है। खनन से जुड़ी शिकायतों के त्वरित समाधान हेतु जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष में हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9934887613 जारी किया गया है।

जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अवैध बालू खनन और परिवहन के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करते हुए अब तक 14 प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई हैं, जिनमें कुल 20 वाहन जब्त किए गए हैं। इनमें से 8 वाहनों से ₹0.77 लाख की दंडात्मक राशि वसूली गई है। सिलाफारी, कमलपुर, रातामाटी, ओलमुंडा, चैनपुर, निनई, कोयंजारा, मरियमटोली, साफी नदी, कोन्सा और अम्बेराडीह सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में की गई छापेमारी में ट्रैक्टर, हाईवा और जेसीबी जैसे वाहनों की जब्ती तथा दोषियों के विरुद्ध थाना स्तर पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है।

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि अवैध खनन एवं परिवहन पर सख्त निगरानी रखते हुए समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के खनिज संसाधनों का संरक्षण, पर्यावरण संतुलन और विधिसम्मत खनन व्यवस्था को सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।
