गुमला में अवैध बालू खनन पर जिला टास्क फोर्स की कड़ी कार्रवाई, तीन ट्रैक्टर जब्त, आठ भंडारण स्थलों का भंडाफोड़

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अवैध खनन पर रोक लगाने हेतु चलाए जा रहे विशेष अभियान के तहत मंगलवार को जिला टास्क फोर्स ने दो अलग-अलग स्थानों पर छापेमारी कर अवैध बालू परिवहन और भंडारण का खुलासा किया। कार्रवाई गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर जिला खनन पदाधिकारी की अगुवाई में की गई।

दक्षिण कोयल नदी से जब्त किए गए तीन अवैध ट्रैक्टर

अभियान की पहली कार्रवाई टोटो बीट क्षेत्र के अटरिया ग्राम में की गई, जहाँ दक्षिण कोयल नदी और टोटो नहर बड़े पुल के समीप तीन ट्रैक्टरों को बालू लदे हुए पकड़ा गया। जांच में पाया गया कि इन वाहनों के पास खनिज परिवहन से संबंधित कोई वैध दस्तावेज नहीं था। प्रत्येक ट्रैक्टर में करीब 100 घनफीट बालू लदा हुआ था, जिससे अवैध खनिज परिवहन की पुष्टि हुई। सभी ट्रैक्टरों को जब्त कर टोटो थाना परिसर में सुरक्षित रखा गया।

सिलाफारी में आठ स्थानों पर मिला अवैध भंडारण

दूसरी कार्रवाई गुमला थाना क्षेत्र के सिलाफारी मौजा में शिशु विकास मंदिर विद्यालय के पास की गई, जहाँ आठ अलग-अलग जगहों पर बालू का अवैध भंडारण पाया गया। जांच में पता चला कि यह अवैध भंडारण ग्राम निवासी सोनू साहु द्वारा किया जा रहा था। संबंधित व्यक्ति को पूछताछ के बाद गुमला थाना को सौंप दिया गया। वहीं, जब्त बालू को चिन्हित कर सिलाफारी पंचायत की मुखिया की देखरेख में सुरक्षित रखा गया।

कानूनी धाराओं में दर्ज होगी प्राथमिकी

प्रशासन के अनुसार, यह कार्रवाई झारखंड लघु खनिज नियमावली 2004 के नियम 4 व 54 और झारखंड मिनरल्स रोकथाम नियमावली 2017 के नियम 7 व 9 के अंतर्गत की गई है, जो नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (NGT) के दिशा-निर्देशों का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन है। सभी संलिप्त व्यक्तियों एवं वाहनों के विरुद्ध विधिसम्मत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर आगे की कार्रवाई जारी है।

प्रशासन की अपील: दें सूचना, रोकें अवैध खनन

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने आम जनता से अपील की है कि यदि कहीं भी अवैध खनन, परिवहन या खनिज भंडारण की जानकारी हो तो उसे तत्काल खनन हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9934887613 पर साझा करें। प्रशासन ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि अवैध खनन के खिलाफ ‘जीरो टॉलरेंस’ नीति के तहत सख्त और निरंतर कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

यह कार्रवाई गुमला जिले में अवैध खनिज व्यापार के विरुद्ध प्रशासन की सक्रियता और प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है।
