गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा बाल श्रम के विरुद्ध सघन अभियान, दो नाबालिग श्रमिकों को कराया गया मुक्त, नियोजकों पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन गुमला द्वारा बाल एवं किशोर श्रम (निषेध एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1986 के अंतर्गत बच्चों को श्रम से मुक्त कर उनके पुनर्वास की दिशा में सतत अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इस क्रम में संयुक्त श्रमायुक्त, झारखंड, रांची तथा उपायुक्त गुमला के निर्देशानुसार जून 2025 को “बाल श्रम उन्मूलन पखवाड़ा” के रूप में चिह्नित करते हुए संबंधित विभागों के समन्वय से विशेष अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है।

इसी श्रृंखला में दिनांक 17 जून 2025 को बाल श्रम उन्मूलन एवं पुनर्वास हेतु गठित जिला स्तरीय टास्क फोर्स द्वारा सिसई प्रखंड के सिसई चौक क्षेत्र में एक प्रतिष्ठान का औचक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में एक नाबालिग बालक श्रमिक के रूप में कार्यरत पाया गया। मौके पर ही टीम द्वारा बाल श्रमिक को विमुक्त कर बाल कल्याण समिति (CWC) को सौंपा गया। नियोजक के विरुद्ध श्रम अधिनियमों के उल्लंघन के आरोप में सिसई थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया है।

इसी क्रम में दिनांक 18 जून 2025 को घाघरा प्रखंड अंतर्गत नेतरहाट रोड, घाघरा में एक व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठान का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान एक नाबालिग बालिका को श्रमिक के रूप में कार्यरत पाया गया। टीम द्वारा उसे भी तत्काल विमुक्त कर बाल कल्याण समिति को सौंपा गया एवं नियोजक के विरुद्ध घाघरा थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने हेतु आवेदन दिया गया।

उपरोक्त दोनों अभियानों में जिला श्रम अधीक्षक, जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई (DCPU) के प्रतिनिधि, बाल कल्याण समिति के सदस्य, चाइल्डलाइन गुमला के प्रतिनिधि एवं संबंधित थाना की पुलिस टीम सक्रिय रूप से शामिल रही।

जिला प्रशासन गुमला पुनः यह दोहराता है कि बाल श्रम न केवल बच्चों के अधिकारों का हनन है, बल्कि यह कानूनन अपराध भी है। प्रशासन द्वारा ऐसे मामलों में शून्य सहिष्णुता की नीति अपनाते हुए लगातार कठोर कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

यदि किसी भी स्थान पर बाल श्रम की सूचना प्राप्त हो तो आमजन से अनुरोध है कि चाइल्डलाइन नंबर 1098, जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष या नजदीकी थाना को सूचित करें। बच्चों को शिक्षा, सुरक्षा एवं सम्मानपूर्ण जीवन उपलब्ध कराना हम सभी की सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है।
