गुमला में अवैध शराब निर्माण का भंडाफोड़, दो महिलाएं गिरफ्तार; प्रशासन की सख्त चेतावनी

जिले के अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी थाना क्षेत्र और श्रीनगर इलाके में चलाए गए विशेष अभियान में गुमला प्रशासन ने अवैध जावा महुआ से बनी चुलईया देशी शराब के धंधे का पर्दाफाश किया। इस कार्रवाई में 20 लीटर अवैध चुलईया शराब और 40 लीटर जावा महुआ जब्त कर मौके पर नष्ट किया गया। पुलिस ने दो महिलाओं को गिरफ्तार कर उनके विरुद्ध उत्पाद अधिनियम की विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है।

महिलाएं पकड़ी गईं शराब बनाने और बेचने के आरोप में

गिरफ्तार महिलाओं की पहचान रीता केरकेट्टा और सविता देवी के रूप में हुई है। दोनों पर आरोप है कि वे जावा महुआ से अवैध चुलईया शराब बनाकर उसे स्थानीय क्षेत्र में बेच रही थीं। छापेमारी के दौरान महिला सशस्त्र बल की मदद से उन्हें गिरफ्तार कर जिला मुख्यालय लाया गया, जहां आगे की कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी की जा रही है।

प्रशासन की चिंता: नाबालिग हो रहे हैं नशे का शिकार

गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने इस अवैध कारोबार पर गहरी चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि “नशे और नशेड़ियों के गठजोड़ से हमारे किशोर–किशोरी, विशेषकर छात्र-छात्राएं, तेजी से इस जाल में फंसते जा रहे हैं। इसे हर हाल में तोड़ना जरूरी है।” उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि नशे के कारोबार में लिप्त किसी भी व्यक्ति को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।

पुलिस कप्तान का बयान: अपराध की जड़ है नशा

गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक हारिश बिन जामान ने कहा, “नशा और नशेड़ी समाज में अपराध को जन्म देने वाले तत्व हैं। इसलिए ऐसे अवैध धंधे में संलिप्त लोगों पर कठोरतम कानूनी कार्रवाई अनिवार्य है।” उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि जिले में अवैध शराब निर्माण और बिक्री पर जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति के तहत कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

संयुक्त टीम ने चलाया छापा अभियान

इस अभियान में अवर निरीक्षक प्रदीप करमाली, महिला सशस्त्र बल, उत्पाद विभाग के सिपाही और गृह रक्षक बल के जवान शामिल थे। यह छापेमारी राज्यव्यापी नशा विरोधी योजना के तहत की गई, जो गुमला जिला प्रशासन, जिला पुलिस और उत्पाद विभाग के संयुक्त प्रयासों का हिस्सा है।

प्रशासन ने आम जनता से भी अपील की है कि यदि किसी को नशा या अवैध मादक पदार्थों की गतिविधि की जानकारी हो, तो प्रशासन को तुरंत सूचित करें। समाज को नशा मुक्त बनाने की दिशा में यह एक निर्णायक कदम माना जा रहा है।
