देर रात सदर अस्पताल का औचक निरीक्षण: व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार को लेकर दिए गए निर्देश

गुमला, झारखंड — उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार गुरुवार की देर रात गुमला के अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने सदर अस्पताल का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान अस्पताल की संपूर्ण व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया गया और कई अहम मुद्दों पर सुधार के निर्देश जारी किए गए।

चिकित्सा सेवाओं की स्थिति की गहन समीक्षा

निरीक्षण के दौरान मेडिसिन स्टॉक, ऑक्सीजन आपूर्ति व्यवस्था और एसएनसीयू (SNCU) वार्ड में उपलब्ध स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की स्थिति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई। निरीक्षण के क्रम में निर्माणाधीन लिक्विड मेडिकल ऑक्सीजन (एलएमओ) प्लांट का भी जायजा लिया गया, जहाँ कार्य प्रगति रुकी हुई पाई गई। अपर समाहर्ता ने संबंधित ठेकेदार से संपर्क कर शीघ्र कार्य पूर्ण करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया।

संरचनात्मक खामियों पर भी कार्रवाई के निर्देश

लेबर रूम की छत से हो रही जल रिसाव की जानकारी पर त्वरित मरम्मत का आदेश दिया गया। अस्पताल में बेड की उपलब्धता की स्थिति की भी समीक्षा की गई। साथ ही अस्पताल की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने के लिए वर्तमान में कार्यरत 10 होमगार्ड की संख्या बढ़ाकर 20 करने की प्रक्रिया जल्द प्रारंभ करने की बात कही गई।

सूचना व्यवस्था और रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन पर विशेष ध्यान

अस्पताल परिसर में दिशा-निर्देश बोर्डों की अद्यतन स्थिति को देखते हुए पुराने साइनेज हटाकर नए लगाने के निर्देश दिए गए। मेडिसिन रजिस्टर, नर्स रजिस्टर सहित अन्य अभिलेखों की जांच की गई, ताकि दस्तावेज़ीकरण की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

पार्किंग और एंबुलेंस सेवा को लेकर नई पहल

अस्पताल की पार्किंग व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए पुराने समाहरणालय भवन से सटी चाहरदीवारी को हटाकर नया पार्किंग स्थल विकसित करने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया। इस कार्य के लिए उपायुक्त से स्वीकृति प्राप्त कर शीघ्र कार्रवाई की बात कही गई।

साथ ही 108 एंबुलेंस और ममता वाहन सेवा के रूट चार्ट तैयार कर नागरिकों को जानकारी प्रदान करने के निर्देश भी संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए गए।

प्रसूता सहायता योजना की जानकारी साझा

निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर समाहर्ता ने राज्य सरकार की नई नीति की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि यदि कोई गर्भवती महिला निजी वाहन से अस्पताल आती है, तो उसे ₹700 की सहायता राशि दी जाएगी। उन्होंने आमजनों से अपील की कि समय की बचत के लिए गर्भवती महिलाओं को निजी साधनों से भी शीघ्र अस्पताल पहुंचाएं, जिससे समय पर इलाज संभव हो सके।

स्टाफ की उपस्थिति और शिफ्ट व्यवस्था पर भी निर्देश

निरीक्षण के अंत में आउटसोर्सिंग स्टाफ के लिए शिफ्ट आधारित ड्यूटी रोस्टर तैयार करने और उनकी नियमित उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए।
