उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में सीएसआर की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में CSR (कॉरपोरेट सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व) मामलों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में खनन क्षेत्रों में हिंडाल्को द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी कार्यों की प्रगति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने माइनिंग क्षेत्रों में स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों एवं स्कूलों में आधारभूत सुविधाओं पर विशेष बल दिया। उन्होंने हिंडाल्को से आए प्रतिनिधि को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि उक्त स्थानों में संचालित स्कूलों एवं आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की भवन ,पेयजल एवं शौचालय की व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करें।

इसके साथ ही विद्यालय मरम्मत, केज निर्माण सहित अन्य CSR मद से किए जा रहे कार्यों का बिंदुवार मूल्यांकन एवं विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त आधे अधूरे लंबित कार्यों शीघ्र पूर्ण करने हेतु निर्देशित किया।

हिंडाल्को के प्रतिनिधि द्वारा जानकारी दी गई किसानों के बागवानी हेतु जमीन चिह्नित कर गड्ढा कर लिया गया। उद्यान पदाधिकारी के स्तर से स्वीकृति उपरान्त फूल के पौधे लगा लिए जाएंगे।

उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा हिंडाल्को के प्रतिनिधि को निर्देशित किया गया कि कस्तूरबा आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं अन्य विद्यालयों में हेल्थ कैंप अवश्य लगाना सुनिश्चित करें। इसके साथ ही 10 जुलाई तक चौरापाठ में हो रहे निर्माण कार्य को पूर्ण करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया। आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में अक्षर एवं अंकों की चित्रकारी करने की बात कही गई। पशुपालन विभाग के अंतर्गत किसानों को मिलने वाले पशुधन योजना में सी एस आर फंड के तहत अंशदान भुगतान को 20 जुलाई तक पूर्ण किए जाने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इसके साथ ही मत्स्य विभाग के अंतर्गत मछली पालन हेतु मॉड्यूलर केज को जीआई केज को एक माह के अंदर बनाने की बात कही गई।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी,श्रम अधीक्षक, खनन पदाधिकारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी,जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी, , एल०डी०एम, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (घाघरा व बिशुनपुर) अंचल अधिकारी (घाघरा व बिशुनपुर), हिंडाल्को के प्रतिनिधि सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहें।
