गुमला जिले में पूरे उत्साह एवं जनसहभागिता के साथ मनाया गया 11वाँ अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस

नगर भवन गुमला में हुआ जिला स्तरीय मुख्य समारोह

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में 11वें अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर विविध कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। जिला मुख्यालय स्थित नगर भवन में भव्य जिला स्तरीय योग समारोह का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें उप विकास आयुक्त, डीएसपी गुमला, एसडीओ सदर, डीसीएलआर गुमला सहित विभिन्न वरीय पदाधिकारी, सरकारी कर्मी एवं डे बोर्डिंग विद्यालयों के छात्र-छात्राओं ने भाग लिया।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सामूहिक योग अभ्यास से हुई, जिसमें प्रशिक्षित योग प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा विभिन्न योग आसनों एवं प्राणायाम का प्रदर्शन किया गया और सभी प्रतिभागियों को उनके लाभों की जानकारी दी गई। योगाभ्यास के साथ-साथ उपस्थित अधिकारियों ने योग को दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बनाने पर बल दिया और इसके शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं आत्मिक लाभों की चर्चा की।

जिले के सभी प्रखंडों, पंचायतों एवं ग्राम स्तर पर भी योग दिवस को जन सहभागिता के साथ मनाया गया। विशेष रूप से शिक्षा विभाग के सहयोग से सभी सरकारी एवं निजी विद्यालयों में योग सत्र आयोजित किए गए, जिसमें हजारों की संख्या में छात्र-छात्राओं ने भाग लिया। पूरे जिले के विद्यालय आज योगमय वातावरण से लोग उत्साहित रहे।

विद्यालयों में आयोजित योग सत्रों के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को योगाभ्यास के माध्यम से स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने, तनाव प्रबंधन, आत्मअनुशासन और नशा मुक्ति के महत्व पर जागरूक किया गया। बच्चों को मादक पदार्थों के सेवन से होने वाले दुष्प्रभावों की भी जानकारी दी गई एवं ‘नशा मुक्त समाज’ के निर्माण का संदेश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर जिलेवासियों को संदेश दिया की योग भारत देश की प्राचीन सांस्कृतिक विरासत है, जिसे जन-जन तक पहुँचाना हम सभी नागरिकों का कदायित्व है। उन्होंने आमजन से अपील की कि योग को अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करें ताकि एक स्वस्थ, संतुलित एवं सकारात्मक समाज का निर्माण हो सके।
