जन समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला आज मंगलवार को समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे नागरिकों से मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनी गईं तथा आवश्यक निर्देश संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को दिए गए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से लगभग 50 आवेदक अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु पहुंचे। प्राप्त आवेदनों में मुख्य रूप से सड़क, बिजली, पानी, भूमि विवाद, भूमि सीमांकन,सरकारी सहायता,रोजगार, जमीन ऑनलाइन करने के सम्बन्ध में,चिकित्सा सहायता,आर्थिक सहायता एवं शिक्षा से जुड़ी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा।

पंचायत कोणडरा अंतर्गत पंडरीपानी गांव के ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि गांव स्थित डूमर नाला पुलिया के दोनों साइड गार्डवाल नहीं है। जिससे बरसात के दिनों में ग्रामीणों को परेशानी होती है। इस संबंध में उन्होंने उपायुक्त के समक्ष आवेदन दिया है। इस संबंध में उपायुक्त महोदया ने जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया।

सिसई प्रखंड अंतर्गत निमड़ा गांव के ग्रामीणों ने एन एच 43 में पेट्रोल पंप और राजकीय मध्य विद्यालय , सकरौली के बीच लोहे का पुल निर्माण करने के हेतु आवेदन दिया है।

झारखंड राज्य पेंशनर समाज के सदस्यों ने पेंशनर भवन, कचहरी परिसर,गुमला के जीर्णोद्धार के संबंध में उपायुक्त के समक्ष आवेदन दिया। इस संबंध में उपायुक्त ने आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु आश्वासन दिया।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक सशक्त माध्यम है तथा प्रशासन सभी मुद्दों पर संवेदनशीलता के साथ त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेगा।
