गुमला जिले के बसिया प्रखंड में बीमा योजनाओं को लेकर विशेष अभियान संचालित, 4500 से अधिक लोग हुए आच्छादित

गुमला : – वित्तीय समावेशन को सशक्त करने एवं जन-जन तक बीमा सुरक्षा पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिले के बसिया प्रखंड अंतर्गत कोनबीर पंचायत में मार्च 2025 से एक विशेष बीमा अभियान की शुरुआत की गई। यह अभियान उपायुक्त गुमला के नेतृत्व में प्रारंभ हुआ, जिसे सफल बनाने में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी बसिया सुप्रिया भगत की सक्रिय भूमिका रही।

इस जनोन्मुखी अभियान में प्रखंड प्रशासन के साथ-साथ क्राइस्ट यूनिवर्सिटी, बेंगलुरु एवं मॉन्टफोर्ट स्कूल, बसिया के कक्षा 9वीं और 10वीं के विद्यार्थियों ने भी सहभागिता निभाई। छात्रों एवं प्रशासनिक पदाधिकारियों की टीमों ने घर-घर जाकर डोर-टू-डोर सर्वेक्षण किया। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना एवं प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना से संबंधित जानकारी दी गई एवं नागरिकों को योजनाओं से जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया अपनाई गई।

अभियान के तहत कुल 5000 लोगों को लक्ष्य करते हुए कार्य प्रारंभ किया गया, जिसमें अब तक 4500 से अधिक नागरिकों को इन योजनाओं से आच्छादित किया जा चुका है। शेष 400 लोगों को योजना से जोड़ने हेतु काउंसलिंग की प्रक्रिया सतत जारी है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि यह अभियान न केवल स्थानीय स्तर पर सराहनीय रहा, बल्कि इसे राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर भी मान्यता मिल रही है। इस अभियान की केस स्टडी हेतु नेशनल इंश्योरेंस अकादमी (NIA), पुणे के छात्र गुमला पहुंचे और उन्होंने कोनबीर पंचायत में अभियान के स्वरूप, कार्यप्रणाली एवं परिणामों का प्रत्यक्ष अवलोकन एवं विश्लेषण किया।
