मानसून में खाद्य सुरक्षा को लेकर जिला प्रशासन सख्त, गुमला के कई रेस्टोरेंट्स पर जुर्माना एवं नोटिस जारी

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में मानसून के मौसम में खाद्य जनित बीमारियों की आशंका को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा खाद्य सुरक्षा को लेकर विशेष सतर्कता बरती जा रही है। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार दिनांक 25 जून 2025 को गुमला शहर में खाद्य सुरक्षा निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया।

यह अभियान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला, राजीव नीरज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी लव कुमार गुप्ता, अंचल अधिकारी गुमला एवं जिला तंबाकू नियंत्रण सलाहकार वंदना स्मिता होरो के नेतृत्व में संचालित हुआ, जिसमें शहर के प्रमुख रेस्टोरेंट्स, ढाबों और खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों का निरीक्षण किया गया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में चूल्हनी रेस्टोरेंट, फंड एंड फूड, होटल राज, मंत्री स्टोर, शांति ढाबा, जयसवाल ढाबा, फूड वेली ढाबा, मनोज ढाबा, कृष्णा लाइन होटल, फैमिली रेस्टोरेंट, प्रकाश होटल, होटल सबेकर और हिंदुस्तान होटल सहित कई प्रतिष्ठानों में खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता, भंडारण पद्धति, निर्माण प्रक्रिया तथा स्वच्छता की स्थिति का गहन परीक्षण किया गया।

इस दौरान कई प्रतिष्ठानों से दही, मैदा, चाऊमीन, सेवई एवं पनीर आदि खाद्य सामग्रियों के नमूने संग्रहित कर प्रयोगशाला जांच हेतु भेजे गए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान कई स्थानों पर FSSAI मानकों के उल्लंघन, स्वच्छता में लापरवाही एवं भंडारण की अव्यवस्था पाई गई, जिसपर प्रशासन ने तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए कार्रवाई की।

जुर्माना लगाए गए प्रतिष्ठान:

▪️जयसवाल ढाबा – ₹5,000

▪️फूड वेली ढाबा – ₹2,000

अधिकारियों द्वारा सभी खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि मानसून के मौसम में विशेष सतर्कता बरतें और किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न हो। खाद्य सामग्री की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता, भंडारण एवं निर्माण प्रक्रियाओं में सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जाए, अन्यथा भविष्य में कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि आगे भी ऐसे निरीक्षण अभियान नियमित रूप से जारी रहेंगे, ताकि आम जनता के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
