छात्रावासों में सुधार को लेकर सख्त हुईं उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, सुविधाओं की स्थिति देख दिए तत्काल निर्देश

गुमला — गुमला जिले की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित उरांव छात्रावास (दुनदुरिया) और कृष्णा छात्रावास (गुमला) का निरीक्षण कर वहां रह रहे विद्यार्थियों से सीधे संवाद किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने छात्रावास परिसरों की भौतिक स्थिति, बुनियादी सुविधाओं और निर्माण गुणवत्ता का आकलन किया और सुधार के लिए कई आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए।

उरांव छात्रावास: समस्याएं सुनीं, समाधान के निर्देश दिए

उरांव छात्रावास का निरीक्षण करते समय उपायुक्त ने कमरे, बाथरूम, रसोईघर और परिसर का व्यापक निरीक्षण किया। छात्रों ने बताया कि जहां पेयजल की व्यवस्था है, वहीं सेप्टिक टैंक बार-बार भरने, पंखों की खराबी, टूटे बाथरूम दरवाजे, और रखरखाव की कमी जैसी समस्याएं बनी हुई हैं।

इन शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उपायुक्त ने अभियंताओं को तत्काल स्थल निरीक्षण कर मरम्मत कार्य शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि छात्रावास परिसर की साफ-सफाई नियमित हो, खेल मैदान विकसित किया जाए, पुस्तकालय की स्थापना की जाए, तथा सोलर लाइट, वाइट वॉश और रसोईघर की टाइल्स सहित अन्य सुविधाएं दुरुस्त की जाएं।

छात्रों द्वारा रखी गई साइकिल शेड की मांग पर भी उपायुक्त ने सहमति जताते हुए प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के आदेश दिए।

कृष्णा छात्रावास: निर्माण में लापरवाही पर जताई नाराजगी

इसके बाद उपायुक्त ने कृष्णा छात्रावास का निरीक्षण किया, जहां निर्माणाधीन भवनों की गुणवत्ता और कार्य की प्रगति पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। उन्होंने टाइल्स की घटिया फिटिंग और निर्माण कार्यों में लापरवाही पर इंजीनियरिंग विभाग को फटकार लगाई और निर्देश दिया कि सभी निर्माण कार्य तय मानकों और गुणवत्ता के अनुरूप शीघ्र पूर्ण किए जाएं।

साथ ही उन्होंने छात्रावास में खिड़कियों की उचित व्यवस्था, ढलाई कार्य की मजबूती, हाई मास्ट लाइट की व्यवस्था और 50 बेड निर्माण कार्य को शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश भी संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए।

प्रेरणादायी वातावरण देना प्राथमिकता

उपायुक्त ने दो टूक कहा कि, “छात्रावासों में रहने वाले बच्चों को स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित और सम्मानजनक वातावरण देना हमारी सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। इसमें किसी भी स्तर की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।”

निरीक्षण के दौरान जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, एमआई कार्यपालक अभियंता, और अन्य विभागीय इंजीनियर उपस्थित रहे। उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट किया कि जमीनी स्तर पर बदलाव तभी संभव है जब काम गुणवत्तापूर्ण और नियत समय पर हो।

यह निरीक्षण जिले में शिक्षा और छात्र कल्याण को लेकर प्रशासन की गंभीरता और सक्रिय भागीदारी को दर्शाता है।
