बुनियादी सुविधाओं पर ज़ोर: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने डुमरी प्रखंड का किया गहन निरीक्षण

गुमला, झारखंड — गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बुधवार को डुमरी प्रखंड के मझगांव पंचायत स्थित बन्दुआ गांव का व्यापक दौरा कर सरकारी योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत की समीक्षा की। यह निरीक्षण जनभागीदारी अभियान, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, शिक्षा, पेयजल, आवास निर्माण, और बाल विकास केन्द्रों जैसी विभिन्न मूलभूत सेवाओं को लेकर किया गया।

जनभागीदारी शिविर से शुरू हुई निरीक्षण यात्रा

निरीक्षण की शुरुआत धरती आबा जनभागीदारी अभियान के शिविर से हुई, जहां ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त का पारंपरिक स्वागत किया। शिविर में लगे स्टालों की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी कर्मियों को निर्देश दिया कि जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पात्र लाभार्थियों तक हर हाल में पहुंचाया जाए।

स्वास्थ्य और आवास की स्थिति का लिया जायजा

इसके बाद हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटर का निरीक्षण किया गया, जिसमें भवन की सफाई, शौचालय, पानी, बिजली और मरम्मत की स्थिति पर फोकस किया गया। उपायुक्त ने कर्मियों को रजिस्टर संधारण को लेकर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा, गांव में बन रहे अबुआ आवास के निर्माण कार्य की भी समीक्षा की गई और कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करने की बात कही गई।

बच्चों और शिक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान

अजीम प्रेमजी फाउंडेशन द्वारा संचालित शिशु गृह और मॉडल आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र के निरीक्षण में उपायुक्त ने भवन की खिड़कियों, बिजली, पंखों की व्यवस्था सुधारने के निर्देश दिए। बच्चों की पढ़ाई को व्यवस्थित रखने, रजिस्टर अपडेट रखने और पेयजल की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया।

विद्यालयों की स्थिति पर गंभीरता

राजकीय उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय, बन्दुआ के निरीक्षण में उपायुक्त ने पानी-बिजली की व्यवस्था दुरुस्त करने, बेंच-डेस्क की मरम्मत और चापाकल लगवाने का निर्देश दिया। कस्तूरबा गांधी आवासीय विद्यालय में छात्राओं से संवाद कर उनकी समस्याएं जानी गईं, जैसे कक्षाओं की कमी और शौचालय की व्यवस्था। इस पर शीघ्र समाधान का आश्वासन दिया गया।

आजीविका केंद्रों की भी हुई समीक्षा

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने वन धन केंद्र, सेनेटरी पैड निर्माण स्थल, जीरा फूल चावल और लेमन ग्रास उत्पादन केंद्र का भी जायजा लिया। उन्होंने इन कार्यों को स्थानीय रोजगार और आजीविका सशक्तिकरण का अहम हिस्सा बताते हुए ज़रूरी दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

पुस्तकालय में बच्चों से संवाद, भविष्य के लिए प्रेरणा

दौरे के अंत में उपायुक्त ने प्रखंड पुस्तकालय का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि हर शनिवार वरीय अधिकारी बच्चों को पढ़ाएं, ताकि वे बच्चों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत बनें। बच्चों से बातचीत करते हुए उपायुक्त ने उन्हें पढ़ाई में मन लगाने और जीवन में आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा दी।

ग्रामीण विकास के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि गांव के सभी नागरिकों को सरकारी योजनाओं का समुचित लाभ, बिजली-पानी की आपूर्ति, और अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को ठोस कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण में शामिल अधिकारी

इस दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, पीएचईडी एवं विद्युत विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, पिरामल फाउंडेशन के सदस्य सहित कई संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

उपायुक्त का यह दौरा गांव में प्रशासनिक उपस्थिति को मजबूत करने और ग्रामीण विकास को तेज़ गति देने की दिशा में एक ठोस कदम माना जा रहा है।
