गुमला उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित

पीडीएस दुकानों की व्यवस्था में सुधार करते हुए ससमय राशन वितरण करने का निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में आज कार्यालय प्रकोष्ठ में खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग से संबंधित कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, एजीएम, सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर, सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) के संचालक सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि जिले के सभी पीडीएस दुकानों में साफ-सफाई, स्टॉक के समुचित रख-रखाव और उपभोक्ताओं के अनुकूल वातावरण सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने सभी राशनकार्डधारियों की केवाईसी प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करने हेतु निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि जिले के सभी पीडीएस दुकानों में वरीय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा नियमित रूप से निरीक्षण किया जाए जिससे खाद्य आपूर्ति में पारदर्शिता बनी रही।

उपायुक्त गुमला ने सभी एजीएम को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि सभी राशन डीलर तक एक हफ्ते के अंदर चने की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके साथ ही जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को नए राशन कार्ड निर्गत तथा पुराने राशन कार्ड को निरस्त करने की प्रक्रिया का फॉलोअप करने की बात कही गई। सभी PVTG परिवारों को डाकिया योजना के तहत ससमय राशन उपलब्ध हो सके इसके लिए प्रखंड में ससमय राशन वितरण करने पर भी बल दिया गया। इसके साथ ही पलायन करने वाले नागरिकों का ई केवाईसी पूर्ण करने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों को यह भी निर्देशित किया कि डीलरों के माध्यम से उचित मूल्य पर खाद्यान्न वितरण में पारदर्शिता बनी रहे एवं किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता न हो। सभी संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने को कहा गया।

इस बैठक के दौरान जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, एजीएम, सभी प्रखंड आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर, सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) के संचालक सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
