गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शिक्षा विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा हेतु जिला स्तरीय बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक के दौरान RAIL टेस्ट के तहत विद्यालयों में छात्रों की अधिगम स्थिति की समीक्षा की गई तथा संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण परीक्षा आयोजन एवं आंकड़ों के अद्यतन की दिशा में आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
E-विद्या वाहिनी उपस्थिति प्रणाली की समीक्षा करते हुए अनुपस्थित छात्रों का भौतिक सत्यापन एवं उपस्थिति सुधार हेतु ठोस कार्ययोजना बनाने को कहा गया।
विद्यालय प्रबंध समिति (SMC) बैठकों के आयोजन एवं अद्यतन सूचना अपलोड की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए समय पर जानकारी अपलोड करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
UDISE+ पोर्टल पर छात्रों की प्रगति अद्यतन की स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी विद्यार्थियों की सूचना अपलोड, ड्रॉपआउट व ट्रांसफर मामलों के त्वरित निपटारे हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
वार्षिक परीक्षा परिणाम की रिपोर्टिंग एवं विश्लेषण पर चर्चा करते हुए कमजोर प्रदर्शन वाले विद्यालयों के लिए सुधारात्मक योजना तैयार करने पर बल दिया गया।
बैठक के अंत में उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा एक कोर टीम गठित करने का निर्देश दिया गया, जिसमें जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तर के अधिकारी शामिल होंगे। यह टीम सभी योजनाओं की प्रगति, शिक्षकों के साथ संवाद, आंकड़ों के विश्लेषण तथा नीति निर्माण में सहयोग के लिए कार्य करेगी।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि आगामी बैठक में कोर टीम गठन की सूचना एवं कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत की जाए।
इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक गुमला सहित शिक्षा विभाग के अन्य कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
