राज्य स्तरीय शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला शुरू: झारखंड में SRG मॉडल के तहत तैयार होंगे प्रशिक्षक शिक्षक

रांची, 4 जुलाई 2025 — झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद (JEPF) ने सेंटा (CENTA) के सहयोग से राज्य संसाधन समूह (SRG) के शिक्षकों के लिए दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ किया है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य शिक्षकों को पारंपरिक पद्धतियों से हटकर गतिविधि-आधारित और व्यावहारिक शिक्षण मॉडल से प्रशिक्षित करना है, जिससे वे भविष्य में राज्य के अन्य शिक्षकों को प्रभावी रूप से प्रशिक्षित कर सकें।

प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य और स्वरूप

कार्यशाला का आयोजन टीचर्स नीड असेसमेंट (TNA) के तहत चयनित राज्य भर के 34 शिक्षकों के लिए किया गया है। इन शिक्षकों को आगामी समय में SRG (State Resource Group) के हिस्से के रूप में राज्यस्तरीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में ट्रेनर की भूमिका निभानी है।

इस प्रशिक्षण में 20 घंटे की इन-पर्सन लाइव ट्रेनिंग शामिल है, जिसमें व्याख्यान आधारित पारंपरिक शैली को त्याग कर हैंड्स-ऑन एक्टिविटी, मूवमेंट-बेस्ड शिक्षण, और सीखने के अनुभव आधारित प्रस्तुतियों को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। शिक्षकों को ऐसा मंच प्रदान किया गया है जहाँ वे विषयों की गहराई तक जाकर न सिर्फ ज्ञान अर्जित करें, बल्कि उसे आत्मसात कर कक्षा में प्रभावी रूप से लागू भी कर सकें।

प्रशिक्षण की प्रमुख झलकियाँ

• शिक्षक केवल श्रोता नहीं, बल्कि सक्रिय सहभागी की भूमिका में रहे।
• समूह चर्चा, केस स्टडी और प्रैक्टिकल डेमो जैसे सत्रों के माध्यम से उन्हें प्रशिक्षक के तौर पर तैयार किया जा रहा है।
• प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों में आत्मविश्वास में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि देखी गई है, जो प्रशिक्षण की सफलता को दर्शाता है।

भविष्य की दिशा

JEPF का यह प्रयास झारखंड में शिक्षकों के पेशेवर विकास की दिशा में एक ठोस कदम माना जा रहा है। SRG मॉडल के तहत प्रशिक्षित ये 34 शिक्षक न केवल अन्य शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित करेंगे, बल्कि शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और पहुंच में सुधार की दिशा में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगे।

शिक्षा विभाग के अनुसार, इस पहल का उद्देश्य राज्य के शैक्षिक परिदृश्य को अधिक समावेशी, नवाचारपूर्ण और प्रभावी बनाना है। आने वाले समय में इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को और विस्तृत किया जाएगा ताकि राज्य के हर कोने में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
