“सड़क नहीं तो वोट नहीं” : गिरिडीह के ग्रामीणों ने उठाई आवाज, जनप्रतिनिधियों को दी खुली चेतावनी

गिरिडीह, झारखंड – जमुआ प्रखंड अंतर्गत बदड़िहा-1 पंचायत के सिकदारडीह और सलैया गांव के ग्रामीणों ने वर्षों से जर्जर पड़ी सड़क को लेकर अपना धैर्य खो दिया है। बुनियादी सुविधा से वंचित इन गांवों के नागरिकों ने शुक्रवार को जमकर प्रदर्शन किया और सड़कों पर उतरकर “रोड नहीं तो वोट नहीं” का नारा बुलंद किया।

❝कहां है विकास? सिर्फ वादों में या ज़मीन पर?❞

हाथों में पोस्टर, नारों से गूंजता माहौल और घुटनों तक कीचड़ में डूबी सड़क — यह तस्वीरें गिरिडीह जिले की उस हकीकत को बयां करती हैं, जिसे आजतक नजरअंदाज किया गया। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि सिकदारडीह-सलैया मार्ग पर चलना पैदल यात्रियों, बच्चों, महिलाओं और बुजुर्गों के लिए भी मुश्किल हो गया है। स्कूली बच्चे गिरकर कपड़े गंदे कर लेते हैं, बाइक सवारों का दुर्घटनाओं में गिरना आम बात हो गई है।

जनप्रतिनिधियों की निष्क्रियता पर जनता का फूटा गुस्सा

गांववालों ने बताया कि कई बार मुखिया, पंचायत समिति सदस्य, जिला परिषद सदस्य और जमुआ विधायक से इस सड़क की मरम्मत के लिए गुहार लगाई गई, लेकिन सबने आश्वासन के सिवाय कुछ नहीं दिया। किसी ने काम शुरू नहीं करवाया। अब जनता ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगर जल्द काम नहीं शुरू हुआ, तो वे पंचायत भवन में ताला जड़ देंगे।

गांववालों का एक सप्ताह का अल्टीमेटम

प्रदर्शनकारियों ने स्थानीय प्रशासन को एक हफ्ते का समय दिया है। यदि इस अवधि में कोई समाधान नहीं निकाला गया, तो वे वोट का बहिष्कार करेंगे और पंचायत कार्यालय को तालाबंद करेंगे।

प्रदर्शन में ये लोग रहे शामिल:

लट्टू सिंह, पच्चू सिंह, मनी रविदास, रामदेव ठाकुर, जागि राय, इंद्रदेव साव, कैलाश साव, खीरो यादव, मनोहर वर्मा सहित सैकड़ों की संख्या में ग्रामीण प्रदर्शन में शामिल हुए।

गिरिडीह सिटी न्यूज़ की अपील:

जनप्रतिनिधियों और प्रशासन से आग्रह है कि वे इस गंभीर जमीनी समस्या को अनदेखा न करें। यह केवल सड़क की मांग नहीं, बल्कि सम्मान और अधिकार की लड़ाई है। ग्रामीणों ने साफ कहा है – अब वादों से काम नहीं चलेगा, काम नहीं तो वोट नहीं।
