गांव-गांव पहुंच रहा है विकास: उपायुक्त ने धरती आबा जन भागीदारी शिविर का किया निरीक्षण, सैकड़ों ग्रामीणों को मिला योजनाओं का लाभ

गुमला — गुमला जिले के रायडीह प्रखंड अंतर्गत राजीव गांधी सेवा केंद्र, ऊपर खटंगा में आयोजित धरती आबा जन भागीदारी शिविर का शनिवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस शिविर में केंद्र व राज्य सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को ज़मीनी स्तर तक पहुँचाने का प्रयास किया गया, जिससे ग्रामीणों को एक ही स्थान पर अनेक सरकारी सेवाएं मुहैया कराई जा सकीं।

शिविर के दौरान उपायुक्त ने गोदभराई और अन्नप्राशन जैसे पारंपरिक कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेकर गर्भवती महिलाओं को पोषण, स्वास्थ्य देखभाल और संस्थानिक प्रसव के प्रति जागरूक किया। उन्होंने कहा,

“स्वस्थ शिशु के जन्म के लिए संतुलित आहार आवश्यक है। मुंगा साग जैसे पौष्टिक खाद्य पदार्थ हीमोग्लोबिन बढ़ाने में सहायक होते हैं।”

उपायुक्त ने महिलाओं से सीधा संवाद करते हुए उन्हें आयुष्मान भारत, मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना, मनरेगा, पेंशन योजना, राशन कार्ड, और आधार अद्यतन जैसी सेवाओं के लाभों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने सभी ग्रामीणों को प्रोत्साहित किया कि वे योजनाओं से जुड़ी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए सबसे पहले अपने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) से संपर्क करें। यदि समाधान न हो, तो उपायुक्त कार्यालय सदैव सहायता के लिए तत्पर है।

मौके पर ही निपटे 56 से अधिक आवेदन

इस शिविर में लगभग 300 नागरिकों ने भाग लिया, जिनमें से 158 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें से

• आधार कार्ड अपडेट के 38
• आयुष्मान भारत के 8
• मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड के 10
  आवेदनों का निष्पादन मौके पर ही कर दिया गया। इसके अलावा, सिकल सेल एनीमिया की जांच भी की गई।

अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंच रही सरकारी योजनाएं

उपायुक्त ने कहा,

“गुमला महिला प्रधान जिला है और यहाँ महिलाओं की भागीदारी सराहनीय है, लेकिन पुरुषों को भी इन शिविरों से जोड़ना जरूरी है।”

उन्होंने ग्रामीणों से अपील की कि वे अधिक से अधिक संख्या में शिविरों में शामिल हों और आसपास के लोगों को भी जागरूक करें।

गौरतलब है कि धरती आबा जन भागीदारी अभियान के तहत 15 जुलाई 2025 तक गुमला के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में ऐसे शिविर आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। इनका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों, विशेष रूप से दूरवर्ती पंचायतों तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे पहुँचाना है।

अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित किया है कि

“राज्य और केंद्र सरकार की मंशा के अनुरूप, अंतिम व्यक्ति तक सेवाएं पहुँचाना हमारी साझा जिम्मेदारी है।”

इसी क्रम में आज अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी-सह-वरीय पदाधिकारी ने सिसई प्रखंड के पंडरिया पंचायत में शिविर का निरीक्षण कर चल रही गतिविधियों की समीक्षा की और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

इन शिविरों की नियमित निगरानी की जा रही है ताकि प्रत्येक जरूरतमंद नागरिक को योजनाओं का समुचित लाभ मिल सके।
