हर मतदाता तक पहुंचने की तैयारी: गुमला में विशेष पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम को लेकर राजनीतिक दलों संग समन्वय बैठक आयोजित

गुमला, 5 जुलाई — भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देश पर गुमला जिले में आगामी मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन को लेकर बुधवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में एक महत्वपूर्ण समन्वय बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में जिले के सभी मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।

बैठक का आयोजन उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर किया गया, जिसमें उप विकास आयुक्त एवं उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी गुमला मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित रहे। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य निर्वाचन कार्य में सभी राजनीतिक दलों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना और बी.एल.ए. (Booth Level Agent) की नियुक्ति से जुड़ी आवश्यक तैयारियों पर चर्चा करना था।

बी.एल.ए. नियुक्ति को बताया गया अनिवार्य

बैठक में स्पष्ट किया गया कि प्रत्येक मतदान केंद्र के लिए राजनीतिक दलों द्वारा बी.एल.ए. की नियुक्ति अनिवार्य होगी। ये एजेंट अपने-अपने क्षेत्र के बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर (BLO) के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर नाम जोड़ने, हटाने और संशोधन जैसी प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करेंगे।

आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों की प्रति भी सौंपी गई

राजनीतिक दलों को भारत निर्वाचन आयोग, नई दिल्ली द्वारा निर्गत दिशा-निर्देशों की प्रति भी प्रदान की गई, ताकि वे नियुक्ति और प्रशिक्षण संबंधी कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूरा कर सकें। अधिकारियों ने यह भी कहा कि बी.एल.ए. का सशक्तीकरण मतदाता सूची की पारदर्शिता और समावेशिता के लिए आवश्यक है।

चुनावी प्रक्रिया में सहयोग की अपील

बैठक के दौरान निर्वाचन कार्यालय की ओर से उपस्थित प्रतिनिधियों को चुनावी प्रक्रिया की तकनीकी एवं व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी गई। साथ ही प्रशासन की ओर से यह अपील की गई कि सभी दल सुनिश्चित करें कि वे पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम में सक्रिय भागीदारी निभाएं ताकि स्वच्छ, समावेशी और विश्वसनीय मतदाता सूची तैयार की जा सके।

इस संवादात्मक बैठक के माध्यम से यह स्पष्ट हुआ कि प्रशासन और राजनीतिक दलों के बीच सहयोगात्मक भावना से ही आगामी चुनावी प्रक्रिया को बेहतर और पारदर्शी बनाया जा सकता है।
