शोध में नैतिक मूल्यों की उपेक्षा नहीं होनी चाहिए: प्रो. धर्मेंद्र कुमार

हजारीबाग | विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के मनोविज्ञान विभाग द्वारा आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला के दूसरे दिन, शोध की नैतिकता पर केंद्रित सत्र में केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय दक्षिण बिहार, गया के सामाजिक विज्ञान संकायाध्यक्ष प्रो. धर्मेंद्र कुमार ने प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने अपने व्याख्यान में बताया कि शोध केवल परिणाम नहीं, एक नैतिक जिम्मेदारी है जिसे ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व के साथ पूरा किया जाना चाहिए।

प्रो. कुमार ने शोध नीतिशास्त्र के ऐतिहासिक विकास की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने 1906 से लेकर 2017 तक लागू विभिन्न नैतिक दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लेख करते हुए, विशेष रूप से एपीए के सिद्धांतों और यूजीसी द्वारा निर्धारित आचरण संहिता पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा,

“शोधकर्ता समाज के प्रति जवाबदेह होता है। उसे विषय चयन से लेकर निष्कर्ष तक हर चरण में नैतिक आचरण सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए।”

उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि अनुमति (informed consent), डीब्रीफिंग, और सत्यनिष्ठा शोध की आधारशिला हैं। साथ ही साहित्यिक चोरी (plagiarism) को शोध की सबसे बड़ी नैतिक चूक बताया और इससे बचने के लिए संदर्भ विधियों और पुनर्लेखन कौशल में दक्षता प्राप्त करने पर बल दिया।

कर्तव्य आधारित दृष्टिकोण यानी डेनटोलॉजिकल एप्रोच की चर्चा करते हुए प्रो. कुमार ने इमैनुएल कांट के नैतिक सिद्धांतों का उल्लेख किया और कहा कि शोधकर्ता को परिणामों की चिंता किए बिना अपने दायित्वों के प्रति निष्ठावान रहना चाहिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि मानवाधिकार, सामाजिक मूल्य और पशु कल्याण जैसे मुद्दों को अनुसंधान में अनदेखा नहीं किया जा सकता, क्योंकि आज दुनियाभर में 150 से अधिक नैतिक दिशानिर्देश प्रभावी हैं।

दूसरे सत्र में मापन स्तरों पर हुआ विश्लेषण

दूसरे सत्र में विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ. सादिक रज़्ज़ाक ने शोध मापन विधियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। उन्होंने बताया कि किसी भी अध्ययन की वैज्ञानिक विश्वसनीयता इस बात पर निर्भर करती है कि उसमें प्रयुक्त मापन स्तर कितने उपयुक्त हैं।
उन्होंने नाममात्र स्तर, क्रम स्तर, अंतर स्तर और अनुपात स्तर की व्याख्या करते हुए कहा कि

“यदि मापन विधि त्रुटिपूर्ण हो तो निष्कर्ष भी भ्रम पैदा कर सकता है।”

डॉ. रज़्ज़ाक ने शोधकर्ताओं से इन स्तरों की स्पष्ट समझ विकसित करने का आग्रह किया ताकि मापनीयता और विश्लेषण की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

समापन सत्र और सहभागिता

कार्यक्रम के समापन सत्र में वाणिज्य संकाय के संकायाध्यक्ष डॉ. मोख्तार आलम और डॉ. सरोज रंजन ने शोध की उपयोगिता और गुणवत्ता पर चर्चा की।

इस अवसर पर मनोविज्ञान विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. अविनाश, भूगोल विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. सरोज सिंह, यूसेट निदेशक डॉ. ए.के. साहा, डॉ. तनवीर आलम, डॉ. राजेंद्र मिस्त्री, डॉ. जयप्रकाश आनंद, डॉ. बलदेव राम, परिक्षित सहित अनेक शिक्षाविद् मौजूद रहे।
