गुमला – गुमला समाहरणालय के सभाकक्ष में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में सड़क सुरक्षा और खनन विभाग से संबंधित अहम समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले में बढ़ते सड़क हादसों की रोकथाम और अवैध खनन पर लगाम लगाने को लेकर कई ठोस निर्णय लिए गए।
सड़क हादसों पर ब्रेक लगाने की तैयारी
बैठक की शुरुआत में उपायुक्त ने जिले में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की गंभीरता को रेखांकित करते हुए यातायात नियमों के कड़ाई से पालन का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि हेलमेट चेकिंग जैसे अभियान नियमित रूप से चलाए जाएं ताकि आमजन में सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़े।
उपायुक्त ने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि दुर्घटना पीड़ितों के आश्रितों को पेंशन का लाभ समय पर मिल सके। साथ ही ब्लैक स्पॉट चिन्हित कर वहां रेडियम संकेत बोर्ड और अन्य सुरक्षा उपाय शीघ्र स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
अवैध खनन पर सख्त रुख, ई-नीलामी की प्रक्रिया पर चर्चा
बैठक में खनन विभाग से जुड़े विषयों पर भी विस्तार से विचार-विमर्श हुआ।
झारखंड सरकार की बालू खनन नियमावली-2025 के तहत Category-II में आने वाले बालू निक्षेपों के संचालन को ई-नीलामी प्रक्रिया से आवंटित करने की दिशा में चर्चा हुई। इसके लिए नियमावली के अनुसार एक समिति गठन की प्रक्रिया तय की जा रही है।
उपायुक्त ने अवैध खनन पर लगाम कसने के लिए छापामारी अभियान तेज करने और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करने का आदेश भी संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया।
