गुमला में राजस्व समन्वय समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न – उपायुक्त ने दिए लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन के निर्देश

गुमला – गुमला समाहरणालय के सभाकक्ष में जिला स्तरीय राजस्व समन्वय समिति की अहम बैठक उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई। बैठक का उद्देश्य जिले में राजस्व प्रशासन से जुड़ी प्रक्रियाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा और लंबित मामलों के त्वरित निष्पादन को लेकर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देना था।

किस विषयों पर हुई चर्चा?

बैठक में ऑनलाइन म्यूटेशन, लगान वसूली, भूमि सीमांकन, परिशोधन पोर्टल, रेभेन्यू कोर्ट, दाखिल-खारिज, पीएम किसान योजना, प्राकृतिक आपदा राहत, प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत प्रक्रिया और जन शिकायतों के समाधान जैसे कई अहम बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

म्यूटेशन और लगान वसूली में दिखा सुधार

बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि जिले के विभिन्न अंचलों से 33,993 ऑनलाइन म्यूटेशन आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 33,023 मामलों का निष्पादन किया जा चुका है। शेष 23 आपत्तिहीन (30 दिनों से लंबित) और 15 आपत्ति वाले (90 दिनों से अधिक लंबित) मामलों को शीघ्र निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

साथ ही वर्ष 2025-26 में अब तक ₹5.20 लाख से अधिक की लगान वसूली की जा चुकी है, जिसे सकारात्मक प्रगति माना गया।

रेभेन्यू कोर्ट और दाखिल-खारिज का ताजा अपडेट

16 जुलाई 2025 तक जिले में कुल 4766 राजस्व न्यायालयों के मामले लंबित थे, जिनमें से 3831 का निपटारा हो चुका है। पिछले महीने यह संख्या 3811 थी, जो दर्शाता है कि प्रगति लगातार जारी है।

दाखिल-खारिज मामलों की समीक्षा में बताया गया कि उत्तराधिकारी म्यूटेशन के 383 मामलों में से 194 का निष्पादन किया गया है, 161 अस्वीकृत और 28 मामले लंबित हैं।
वहीं, आपसी सहमति पर आधारित 140 मामलों में से 73 मामलों का निष्पादन, 66 अस्वीकृत और 1 मामला लंबित है।

पीएम किसान, प्रमाण-पत्र और आपदा राहत पर भी चर्चा

पीएम किसान योजना के अंतर्गत सेल्फ रजिस्ट्रेशन और लंबित ई-केवाईसी की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई।
प्राकृतिक आपदा राहत कोष के तहत प्राप्त राशि की उपयोगिता रिपोर्ट, और जाति, आय एवं आवासीय प्रमाण-पत्रों की निर्गत स्थिति पर भी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की गई।

उपायुक्त का सख्त निर्देश

बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा,

“राजस्व मामलों के निष्पादन में देरी आम लोगों की परेशानी का कारण बनती है। सभी अंचलाधिकारी प्राथमिकता के आधार पर लंबित म्यूटेशन और जन शिकायतों का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।”

उन्होंने कहा कि भूमि विवादों के समाधान में संवेदनशीलता और समयबद्धता दोनों जरूरी हैं, जिससे जनता को पारदर्शी और सहज सेवाएं मिल सकें।
