गुमला में श्रमिकों के लिए जागरूकता और निबंधन अभियान जारी, दूरदराज़ क्षेत्रों तक पहुंचने की कवायद तेज

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 11 जुलाई से 25 जुलाई 2025 तक चलाए जा रहे श्रमिक निबंधन एवं जागरूकता अभियान के तहत गुमला जिले में निर्माण, असंगठित और प्रवासी श्रमिकों को सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने की दिशा में लगातार कार्य किया जा रहा है।

क्या है अभियान का उद्देश्य?

इस अभियान का प्रमुख लक्ष्य है – पात्र श्रमिकों को पहचान कर उनका पंजीकरण कराना, और उन्हें सरकारी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाना। यह पहल विशेष रूप से उन श्रमिकों के लिए है जो ग्रामीण एवं सुदूर क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत हैं और अब तक सरकारी योजनाओं की पहुंच से वंचित रहे हैं।

17 जुलाई को कई प्रखंडों में लगे विशेष शिविर

17 जुलाई 2025 को, जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में विशेष शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया, जहां श्रमिकों को कल्याण योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई और उनका पंजीकरण भी किया गया।
🔸 कुल 227 श्रमिकों को योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई
🔸 10 श्रमिकों का ऑन-स्पॉट निबंधन हुआ
▪️ इनमें 4 निर्माण श्रमिक, 3 असंगठित श्रमिक और 3 प्रवासी श्रमिक शामिल थे।

प्रशासन की स्पष्ट नीति – कोई श्रमिक न छूटे

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा,

“यह अभियान केवल आंकड़ों का खेल नहीं है, बल्कि यह ज़मीनी स्तर पर श्रमिकों के जीवन में बदलाव लाने का प्रयास है। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि एक भी पात्र श्रमिक पंजीकरण और योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित न रहे।”

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सभी संबंधित विभागों को सामंजस्य बनाकर काम करना चाहिए, ताकि अभियान की अवधि में अधिक से अधिक श्रमिकों तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

अभियान का महत्व

इस पहल को सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में अहम कदम माना जा रहा है।
➤ श्रमिकों को योजनाओं की जानकारी उनके स्थानों पर जाकर दी जा रही है।
➤ निबंधन प्रक्रिया को सरल, पारदर्शी और त्वरित बनाने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
➤ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बसे प्रवासी और असंगठित श्रमिकों को भी विशेष रूप से इस अभियान में शामिल किया जा रहा है।
