गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: युवती संग दुर्व्यवहार से लेकर सड़क मरम्मत तक, उपायुक्त ने सुनी लोगों की फरियादें

गुमला समाहरणालय के कार्यालय कक्ष में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याएं गंभीरता से सुनीं। इस मौके पर दर्जनों लोगों ने सड़क, रोजगार, शिक्षा, भूमि और सुरक्षा से जुड़ी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं, जिन पर त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

युवती ने बताई गांव में उत्पीड़न की दास्तां

बिशुनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के जामटोली गांव की एक युवती ने उपायुक्त को बताया कि गांव के कुछ असामाजिक तत्व उसे लगातार परेशान कर रहे हैं।
👉 पीड़िता का आरोप है कि आरोपी न सिर्फ उसे काम करने से रोकते हैं, बल्कि जान से मारने की धमकी भी दे रहे हैं।
👉 इस संदर्भ में उसने बिशुनपुर थाना में पहले ही लिखित शिकायत दी है।
📌 उपायुक्त ने तत्काल संबंधित पदाधिकारी को जांच कर कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

छह माह से मानदेय न मिलने की शिकायत

पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल, गुमला के अधीन कार्यरत ब्लॉक वॉश कोऑर्डिनेटर ने बताया कि वह जनवरी 2025 से कार्यरत हैं, लेकिन उन्हें पिछले छह माह में सिर्फ एक माह का मानदेय ही मिला है।
👉 शिकायतकर्ता ने कहा कि इस देरी से उन्हें आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
📌 उपायुक्त ने इस मामले को भी वित्तीय विभाग से समन्वय स्थापित कर निपटाने के निर्देश दिए।

डुमरी की टूटी सड़क बनी मुसीबत

डुमरी प्रखंड के शंखसरडीह से बिर्री गांव तक की सड़क की हालत अत्यंत जर्जर है, जिससे ग्रामीणों को आवागमन में भारी परेशानी हो रही है।
👉 ग्रामीणों ने इस बाबत सड़क मरम्मत की मांग करते हुए आवेदन सौंपा।
📌 उपायुक्त ने लोक निर्माण विभाग को सड़क का निरीक्षण कर शीघ्र मरम्मत की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने को कहा।

कुल 20 से अधिक शिकायतें दर्ज

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान 20 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अलग-अलग समस्याओं को लेकर आवेदन दिए।
इनमें मुख्य रूप से शामिल रहीं:

• भूमि विवाद और अधिग्रहण से जुड़ी समस्याएं
• बैंकिंग व मुआवजा संबंधित मामले
• जमीन के ऑनलाइन अभिलेख और शिक्षा व्यवस्था से जुड़े मुद्दे

उपायुक्त का स्पष्ट संदेश

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा:

“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम नागरिकों के लिए एक प्रभावी मंच है। हम हर आवेदन को गंभीरता से लेते हैं और संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए जाते हैं।”

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि प्रशासन का उद्देश्य है कि कोई भी नागरिक अपनी समस्या को लेकर निराश न लौटे और सभी मुद्दों पर संवेदनशीलता और पारदर्शिता से कार्रवाई हो।
