जन समस्याओं के समाधान की दिशा में कदम: उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला, 25 जुलाई: गुमला समाहरणालय के कार्यालय कक्ष में शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित किया गया। जिले भर से आए नागरिकों ने इस अवसर पर अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं, जिन पर मौके पर ही संबंधित विभागों को समाधान हेतु निर्देश दिए गए।

VLE समुदाय की समस्याओं को मिली प्राथमिकता

जन सुनवाई में अखिल भारतीय प्रज्ञा केंद्र संचालक संघ की ओर से एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने उपायुक्त को ज्ञापन सौंपते हुए VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) समुदाय की चुनौतियों जैसे कार्यभार का दबाव, तकनीकी परेशानियाँ, भुगतान में अनियमितता और आर्थिक असुरक्षा की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया। उपायुक्त ने आश्वासन दिया कि इन बिंदुओं पर विस्तृत विचार कर संबंधित विभागों से समन्वय स्थापित किया जाएगा।

दुर्घटना पीड़िता ने की मुआवजे की मांग

बिरसमुनि देवी, जिनके पति 28 अप्रैल 2025 को टेसेरा चौक के पास सड़क दुर्घटना में मारे गए, ने उपायुक्त से भेंट कर मुआवजे की राशि और अन्य सरकारी सहायता की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

जर्जर सड़कों पर उठी आवाज

मकड़ा मोड़ से कठरटोली व दीपाटोली पतगाई मुख्य मार्ग की बदहाल स्थिति को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त को आवेदन सौंपा। बरसात के मौसम में मार्ग की स्थिति और भी दयनीय हो जाती है। उपायुक्त ने सड़क का प्राक्कलन तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए, जिससे मरम्मत का रास्ता साफ हो सके।

आंगनबाड़ी चयन प्रक्रिया में अनियमितता की शिकायत

कुछ आवेदकों ने आंगनबाड़ी सेविका चयन में पारदर्शिता की कमी का मुद्दा उठाया। शिकायतकर्ताओं का कहना था कि पात्रता के बावजूद चयन नहीं किया गया। उपायुक्त ने जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी को जांच के आदेश दिए।

30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने रखी अपनी बात

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान भूमि विवाद, जमीन ऑनलाइन करने, सर्पदंश मुआवजा, शिक्षा हेतु आर्थिक सहायता, सोलर पंप उपलब्धता, सीमांकन विवाद जैसे लगभग 30 मामलों पर सुनवाई हुई।

उपायुक्त ने उपस्थित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी शिकायतों पर संवेदनशीलता और तत्परता से कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक प्रभावी मंच है और जिला प्रशासन हर मुद्दे पर सजग और उत्तरदायी है।”
