स्तनपान दिवस के व्यापक आयोजन और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता पर ज़ोर: उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में स्वास्थ्य समिति की बैठक संपन्न

गुमला, 25 जुलाई — जिला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभाकक्ष में गुमला जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति की मासिक समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में जिले भर के स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों ने हिस्सा लिया और विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं की प्रगति, चुनौतियों तथा भविष्य की कार्ययोजना पर विस्तार से चर्चा हुई।

अगस्त में विश्व स्तनपान सप्ताह के आयोजन का निर्देश

बैठक की सबसे अहम घोषणा के तहत उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि 1 से 7 अगस्त के बीच सभी सामुदायिक एवं प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों तथा आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों में “विश्व स्तनपान सप्ताह” का आयोजन अनिवार्य रूप से किया जाए। इस दौरान धात्री और प्रसूता महिलाओं को स्तनपान के लाभ, विधि और नवजात शिशु के लिए इसके महत्व पर जागरूक किया जाएगा।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता और आधारभूत सुविधा पर विशेष चर्चा

बैठक में एएनसी रजिस्ट्रेशन, संस्थागत प्रसव, एनसीडी स्क्रीनिंग, तथा आयुष्मान भारत योजना, आभा कार्ड निर्माण की समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने इस दौरान सभी प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारियों और कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर्स को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर सटीक कार्ययोजना के तहत काम करें।

उन्होंने सहिया और एएनएम के साथ नियमित बैठक और उनकी कार्यप्रणाली की मॉनिटरिंग करने का भी निर्देश दिया। साथ ही यह भी कहा गया कि जिन केंद्रों में आधारभूत संसाधनों की कमी है, वहां निरीक्षण कर शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

डुमरी सहित कुछ प्रखंडों में संस्थागत प्रसव दर कम होने पर नाराज़गी

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने डुमरी समेत कुछ प्रखंडों में संस्थागत प्रसव दर कम होने पर नाराज़गी जताते हुए संबंधित चिकित्सा पदाधिकारियों को फटकार लगाई। उन्होंने सहिया और एएनएम के साथ प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित कर प्रसव दर बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया।

टीबी और सिकल सेल जैसे रोगों के विरुद्ध विशेष अभियान

टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि “आज भी अगर हम टीबी जैसी बीमारियों से जूझ रहे हैं, तो यह अत्यंत चिंताजनक है।” उन्होंने सख्त निर्देश दिए कि इस दिशा में कार्य तेज किया जाए। साथ ही सिकल सेल और आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत विशेष शिविर लगाने का भी निर्देश दिया गया, ताकि अधिकतम लोगों को स्वास्थ्य लाभ मिल सके।

समीक्षा में उठे अन्य प्रमुख मुद्दे

बैठक में एएनसी जांच, गर्भवती महिलाओं की संख्या, प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त भारत, एनक्यूएएस, चिकित्सकों की उपलब्धता, एम्बुलेंस सुविधा, अनीमिया से बचाव जैसे विषयों पर भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी विभागीय कार्यों की निगरानी सघनता से की जाएगी और लापरवाही पर कार्रवाई तय होगी।

इस अहम बैठक में सिविल सर्जन, विभिन्न चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, विभागीय स्टाफ और स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की भागीदारी रही।

निष्कर्षस्वरूप, उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं जनहित का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण पहलू हैं। इस दिशा में कोई समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। सभी अधिकारी और कर्मी निष्ठा से काम करें।”
