गुमला में श्रमिकों के अधिकारों को लेकर चला विशेष जागरूकता अभियान, ऑन स्पॉट निबंधन से जुड़ रहे प्रवासी और असंगठित श्रमिक

गुमला, 25 जुलाई 2025 — गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 11 से 25 जुलाई तक चलाए गए विशेष श्रम निबंधन एवं जागरूकता अभियान के तहत जिलेभर में श्रमिकों से सीधे संवाद स्थापित कर उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं और उनके अधिकारों की जानकारी दी जा रही है। इस अभियान का नेतृत्व उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश में किया जा रहा है।

अभियान का उद्देश्य गुमला जिले के असंगठित क्षेत्र, प्रवासी एवं अन्य श्रेणी के श्रमिकों को उनकी सामाजिक सुरक्षा, सरकारी सहायता योजनाएं, एवं कानूनी अधिकारों से अवगत कराना है। साथ ही यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि वे श्रम विभाग के पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत होकर लाभान्वित हो सकें।

सीधे संवाद और त्वरित निबंधन की पहल

श्रम विभाग की टीमें प्रतिदिन जिले के प्रखंडों, कार्यस्थलों और श्रमिक बहुल क्षेत्रों में जाकर सीधा संवाद स्थापित कर रही हैं। इस दौरान श्रमिकों को उनके हित में चल रही योजनाओं जैसे ई-श्रम कार्ड, जीवन बीमा, दुर्घटना बीमा, एवं स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जा रही है। खास बात यह रही कि मौके पर ही ऑन स्पॉट निबंधन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है, जिससे श्रमिकों को अलग से आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ रही।

आज के अभियान में 80 श्रमिक जागरूक, 12 का पंजीकरण

अभियान के शुक्रवार को संपन्न सत्र में 80 श्रमिकों को जागरूक किया गया जबकि 12 श्रमिकों का ऑन स्पॉट निबंधन किया गया। इनमें 2 असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिक एवं 10 प्रवासी श्रमिक शामिल थे। यह आंकड़ा इस बात का प्रमाण है कि श्रमिकों की सहभागिता लगातार बढ़ रही है।

श्रमिकों को सशक्त करने की दिशा में जिला प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता

गुमला जिला प्रशासन का यह सतत प्रयास है कि प्रत्येक श्रमिक अपने अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक हो और श्रम विभाग की योजनाओं से लाभान्वित हो सके। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने स्पष्ट किया कि, “हमारा उद्देश्य सिर्फ निबंधन नहीं, बल्कि श्रमिकों को सशक्त बनाना है ताकि वे कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से सुरक्षित रह सकें।”

यह अभियान गुमला जिले के श्रमिक वर्ग को सुरक्षा, पहचान और सरकारी समर्थन से जोड़ने की एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी साबित हो रहा है। प्रशासन का मानना है कि “जब हर श्रमिक होगा पंजीकृत, तभी मिलेगा उन्हें अधिकारों का संबल।”
