सिद्धू-कान्हू और कृष्णबलभ सहाय की प्रतिमा तोड़ने की घटना पर वंशज सचिदानंद पांडेय का आक्रोश, दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग

गुमला, 25 जुलाई 2025 — 1857 की क्रांति के वीर योद्धा शहीद जयमंगल पांडेय के वंशज सचिदानंद पांडेय ने आज एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों सिद्धू-कान्हू और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एवं स्वतंत्रता सेनानी कृष्णबलभ सहाय की प्रतिमाओं को तोड़े जाने की घटना की कड़ी निंदा की है। उन्होंने इसे “विक्षिप्त मानसिकता की घिनौनी हरकत” करार देते हुए दोषियों को कड़ी सजा देने की मांग की।

गुमला जिले में अज्ञात असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के वीर सपूतों सिद्धू-कान्हू तथा कृष्णबलभ सहाय की प्रतिमाएं क्षतिग्रस्त कर दी गईं। यह घटना न केवल इतिहास और स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के प्रति असम्मान है, बल्कि समाज में अराजकता फैलाने की साजिश भी प्रतीत होती है।

प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में उन्होंने लिखा, “जो भी इस तरह की नीच हरकत कर रहा है, वह मानसिक रूप से विक्षिप्त और राष्ट्र विरोधी है। आज की पीढ़ी को अपने स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के बलिदान को भूलना नहीं चाहिए। सिद्धू-कान्हू जैसे वीरों की कुर्बानी के कारण ही हम आज आज़ादी की खुली हवा में सांस ले पा रहे हैं।”

उन्होंने आगे कहा, “सहाय साहब न केवल स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे, बल्कि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में भी उन्होंने जनसेवा की मिसाल कायम की। ऐसे वीरों की प्रतिमाओं को तोड़ना शर्मनाक और कायरतापूर्ण कृत्य है।”

सचिदानंद पांडेय ने प्रशासन से दोषियों की तत्काल पहचान कर उनके विरुद्ध कठोरतम कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह घटना सिर्फ प्रतिमाओं को नुकसान पहुँचाने की नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय अस्मिता और इतिहास के गौरव पर हमला है।

उन्होंने अपने संदेश में नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे ऐसे मामलों पर चुप न रहें, स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए एकजुट होकर आवाज़ उठाएं।
