पालकोट में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: 28 में से 6 आवेदनों का तुरंत निपटारा

गुमला, झारखंड: गुमला जिले में आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के उद्देश्य से आयोजित होने वाले जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के तहत सोमवार, 28 जुलाई 2025 को पालकोट प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में एक महत्वपूर्ण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में हुए इस कार्यक्रम में कुल 28 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से 6 का मौके पर ही तत्काल निपटारा कर दिया गया।

यह पहल उपायुक्त के निर्देशों के अनुरूप की जा रही है, जिसका मुख्य लक्ष्य स्थानीय स्तर पर ही लोगों की परेशानियों का निवारण सुनिश्चित करना है ताकि उन्हें अपनी शिकायतों के लिए जिला मुख्यालय तक न जाना पड़े। इससे न केवल उनके समय की बचत होती है, बल्कि संसाधनों का भी सदुपयोग होता है।

आज के शिविर में प्राप्त आवेदनों में विभिन्न प्रकार की शिकायतें शामिल थीं। इनमें पेंशन से संबंधित 6, राशन कार्ड से संबंधित 1, आय प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 6, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 6, जाति प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 7 और प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना से संबंधित 2 आवेदन थे। जिन 6 मामलों का तुरंत समाधान किया गया, वे मौके पर ही आवश्यक प्रक्रियाओं को पूरा करते हुए निपटा दिए गए। शेष 22 आवेदनों को आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए संबंधित विभागों और शाखाओं को भेज दिया गया है, जहाँ निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के तहत उन पर कार्य किया जाएगा।

यह साप्ताहिक आयोजन जिले भर के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में किया जा रहा है, जिससे जमीनी स्तर पर प्रशासनिक पहुँच मजबूत हो रही है और नागरिकों को अपनी समस्याओं के लिए एक सुलभ मंच मिल रहा है।
