गिरिडीह : उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने नीति आयोग के तहत साप्ताहिक आकांक्षा हाट कार्यक्रम कार्यक्रम में मंगलवार को कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम आप सभी की सफलता को सेलिब्रेट करने के लिए आयोजित किया गया है। आप सभी हेल्थ वर्कर्स/फ्रंट लाइन वर्कर्स के दूरगामी सोच का ही परिणाम है। सभी के परस्पर सहयोग और बेहतर समन्वय से गिरिडीह जिला को यह मुकाम हासिल हुआ है, हमने नीति आयोग के 04 इंडिकेटर्स (शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पोषण और आधारभूत संरचना) में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया है।

इससे पूर्व कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ जिला उपायुक्त, उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, सिविल सर्जन, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जनप्रतिनिधि समेत अन्य अतिथियों ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया।

डीसी ने सभी हेल्थ वर्कर्स/फ्रंट लाइन वर्कर् को चैंपियन ऑफ चेंज बताया

उपायुक्त ने सभी हेल्थ वर्कर्स/फ्रंट लाइन वर्कस को चैंपियन ऑफ चेंज कहकर संबोधित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में जितने अधिकारी, कर्मी है, वे सब बधाई के पात्र हैं। कार्यक्रम में उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा प्रणाली पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा अत्यंत आवश्यक है। हमारा प्रयास है कि समाज के अंतिम पंक्ति में बैठे लोगों को शिक्षा से जोड़ें, ताकि वे लोग समाज में अपनी एक अलग पहचान बना सकें।

डीसी ने कहा कि शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य हमारे सिस्टम का अभिन्न अंग है। सशक्त समाज के निर्माण में दोनों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला अंतर्गत विद्यालयों की आधारभूत संरचनाओं पर काम किया जा रहा है। जिला प्रशासन हरेक वंचित लाभुकों के पीएम आवास योजना, अम्बेडकर आवास योजना, अबुआ आवास योजना समेत अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाने हेतु हर संभव प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

डीसी ने कहा कि यह कार्यक्रम एक सप्ताह चलेगा, जो 04 अगस्त 25 तक नगर भवन, गिरिडीह में आयोजित किया जायेगा। डीसी ने आमजनों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि आकांक्षा हाट कार्यक्रम में भाग लें, सरकारी योजनाओं को अपने स्तर से देखे और लाभ लें। इसके पश्चात उन्होंने विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉल का निरीक्षण किया। फीडबैक वॉल पर अपना फीडबैक दिया तथा हुनर की छाप में भाग लिया तथा लोगों को प्रेरित किया।

कार्यक्रम में महिला सशक्तीकरण का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त श्रीमती स्मृता कुमारी ने कहा कि विगत वर्ष चलाए गऐ सम्पूर्णता अभियान की उपलब्धियों के निमित्त “संपूर्णता अभियान सम्मान समारोह में शामिल सभी अधिकारी और कर्मी बधाई के पात्र हैं।

गिरिडीह जिला ने नीति आयोग के तहत 04 मानकों पर उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया है। सैचुरेशन मोड में सभी मानकों पर कार्य किया गया। जिससे हमने ये उपलब्धि हासिल की, जिसे आज हम सेलिब्रेट कर रहे हैं।

डीडीसी ने कहा कि डीसी के मार्गदर्शन और सभी के सहयोग से यह संभव हो पाया है। आगे हमें और अच्छा कार्य करना है और नीति आयोग के सभी मानकों में अपना बेहतर देना है, जिससे गिरिडीह जिले का नाम पूरे भारत में गौरव से लिया जाय।

कार्यक्रम में नीति आयोग के 04 मानकों के उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले हेल्थ वर्कर्स/फ्रंट लाइन वर्कर्स को सम्मानित किया गया। जिसमें स्वास्थ्य विभाग से सिविल सर्जन समेत 05 हेल्थ वर्कर्स, समाज कल्याण विभाग से जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी समेत 05 फ्रंट लाइन वर्कस, शिक्षा विभाग से जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक समेत 05 शिक्षा सहायक, कृषि विभाग से प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी समेत 05 कृषि मित्र को सॉइल हेल्थ कार्ड हेतु सम्मानित किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में मंच संचालन की भूमिका में मुन्ना कुशवाहा, प्राचार्य, सर जेसी बोस सीएम ऑफ एक्सीलेंस कॉलेज, ने किया। मौके पर माननीय जनप्रतिनिधिगण, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक समेत योजना विभाग की टीम व अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
