गुमला में विश्व स्तनपान सप्ताह का भव्य आगाज़, माताओं के बीच बढ़ती जागरूकता

गुमला, 1 अगस्त — गुमला जिले में विश्व स्तनपान सप्ताह (1 से 7 अगस्त) की शुरुआत एक जनसमर्थक और व्यावहारिक पहल के साथ हुई। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने असनी पंचायत अंतर्गत भलदम चट्टी खास स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में आयोजित उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेकर इस विशेष सप्ताह का शुभारंभ किया।

इस मौके पर उपायुक्त ने लगभग 30 से अधिक महिलाओं और उनके शिशुओं से संवाद करते हुए मां के दूध की महत्ता को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जन्म के पहले छह माह तक केवल स्तनपान कराना शिशु के पोषण, शारीरिक विकास और रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि स्तनपान से न सिर्फ बच्चे को लाभ मिलता है, बल्कि मां के स्वास्थ्य पर भी इसका सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है।

मातृत्व अनुभव साझा कर उपायुक्त ने जोड़ा भावनात्मक जुड़ाव

कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने स्वयं के मातृत्व अनुभव साझा करते हुए माताओं से आग्रह किया कि वे व्यस्तता के बावजूद स्तनपान के प्रति जागरूक रहें। उन्होंने बताया कि इससे गर्भाशय की सामान्य स्थिति में वापसी, रक्तस्राव में कमी और स्तन कैंसर जैसी बीमारियों की आशंका भी घटती है।

प्रचार रथ को दिखाई हरी झंडी, गांव-गांव पहुंचेगा जागरूकता का संदेश

कार्यक्रम के उपरांत उपायुक्त ने प्रचार रथ और एलईडी वाहन को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। यह रथ जिले के विभिन्न गांवों और पंचायतों में पहुंचकर स्तनपान से जुड़ी भ्रांतियों को दूर करेगा तथा व्यवहारिक जानकारी लोगों तक पहुंचाएगा। जिला जन संपर्क विभाग और स्वास्थ्य विभाग इस पहल को संयुक्त रूप से संचालित कर रहे हैं।

सप्ताहभर चलेंगे विशेष जागरूकता कार्यक्रम

उपायुक्त द्वारा तैयार सात दिवसीय कार्ययोजना के तहत 1 व 2 अगस्त को सभी 1689 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों पर माताओं को प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है। 3 अगस्त को प्राथमिक और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर विशेष सत्र होंगे। 4 अगस्त को पंचायत भवनों में ‘फादर्स अवेयरनेस सेशन’ आयोजित होंगे। 5 अगस्त को गंभीर रूप से कुपोषित बच्चों की पहचान और स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया जाएगा।

6 अगस्त को सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से जागरूकता फैलाई जाएगी और 7 अगस्त को समाहरणालय सभागार में समापन समारोह होगा, जहां स्तनपान को बढ़ावा देने वाले पंचायतों को ‘ब्रेस्ट फ्रेंडली पंचायत’ के रूप में सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

स्वास्थ्य सशक्तिकरण की ओर कदम

उपायुक्त ने इस अभियान को स्वास्थ्य सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक मानवीय पहल बताया और कहा कि यह केवल औपचारिक आयोजन नहीं, बल्कि गुमला को कुपोषण मुक्त बनाने की एक ठोस रणनीति है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे अभियान की निगरानी नियमित रूप से करें और इसकी प्रभावशीलता सुनिश्चित करें।

गुमला बना राज्य का अग्रणी जिला

उपायुक्त की इस संवेदनशील पहल के चलते गुमला झारखंड का पहला ऐसा जिला बन गया है, जहां स्तनपान विषयक जागरूकता कार्यक्रम को सुनियोजित, व्यवस्थित और समुदाय आधारित स्वास्थ्य पहल के रूप में लागू किया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य न केवल माताओं को सशक्त बनाना है, बल्कि शिशुओं को एक स्वस्थ शुरुआत देना भी है।
