गुमला, 1 अगस्त — गुमला जिले के 500 से अधिक जन वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) डीलर शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त कार्यालय के समक्ष धरने पर बैठ गए। यह प्रदर्शन फेयर प्राइस शॉप डीलर्स एसोसिएशन झारखंड प्रदेश के निर्देश पर गुमला इकाई द्वारा आयोजित किया गया। डीलरों ने 10 माह से लंबित कमीशन भुगतान सहित कई अन्य मांगों को लेकर रोष प्रकट किया और अपनी समस्याओं से संबंधित ज्ञापन उपायुक्त के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री को सौंपा।
धरना स्थल पर उपस्थित जिला अध्यक्ष अरखीतानंद देवघरिया और सचिव तनवीर नाज ने बताया कि विगत 10 महीनों से वितरण किए गए अनाज का कमीशन अब तक नहीं मिला है। साथ ही, कोरोना महामारी के दौरान वितरित अनाज का बकाया भुगतान भी लंबित है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि ग्रीन राशन कार्डधारकों को दिए गए चावल, नमक और दाल के कमीशन की 18 माह की राशि अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।
डीलरों ने यह भी मांग की कि गंभीर बीमारी या असमर्थता से ग्रसित विक्रेताओं के लाइसेंस हस्तांतरण की प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूरी की जाए, ताकि वह अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से मुक्त होकर उपचार पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकें।
धरना में भाग ले रहे डीलरों ने आरोप लगाया कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वजन मशीन की मरम्मत के नाम पर जबरन शुल्क लिया जा रहा है, जबकि 5 वर्षों तक मुफ्त मरम्मत का आश्वासन पहले ही दिया गया था। इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि वर्तमान में जन वितरण प्रणाली की सेवा अब भी 2G नेटवर्क पर आधारित है, जबकि सरकार 5G की बात कर रही है। इस तकनीकी असमानता के कारण स्मार्ट पीडीएस के तहत खाद्यान्न वितरण और ऑनलाइन ट्रांजैक्शन में गड़बड़ी हो रही है।
डीलरों का यह भी कहना था कि जब पूरी PDS व्यवस्था ऑनलाइन हो चुकी है, तो संबंधित कार्यवाही को पूरी तरह से पेपरलेस किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि पारदर्शिता और कार्यप्रणाली में गति लाई जा सके।
डीलरों ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि सरकार ने उनकी मांगों पर शीघ्र कार्य नहीं किया, तो वे आगे मुख्यमंत्री और खाद्य आपूर्ति मंत्री के आवास का घेराव करेंगे। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने “डीलर एकता जिंदाबाद” और “हमारी मांगे पूरी करो” जैसे नारे लगाकर अपने आक्रोश को प्रकट किया।
धरना में गुमला जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से डीलरों की भागीदारी रही, जिससे यह स्पष्ट हो गया कि समस्या केवल एक क्षेत्र विशेष की नहीं, बल्कि पूरे जिले के डीलरों की साझा पीड़ा है।
