गुमला नगर परिषद की समीक्षा बैठक में साफ़-सफ़ाई, यातायात और जनसेवाओं में सुधार को लेकर उपायुक्त के कड़े निर्देश

शहर की व्यवस्था सुधारने और सुविधाओं को चुस्त-दुरुस्त बनाने को लेकर अफसरों को मिली सख्त चेतावनी

गुमला, 1 अगस्त — गुमला नगर परिषद से जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा के लिए गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में शहरी साफ-सफाई, जनसेवा, यातायात और बुनियादी सुविधाओं को लेकर कई अहम दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने शहर की साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया। शहीद स्मारक समेत अन्य महापुरुषों की मूर्तियों की मरम्मत एवं सौंदर्यीकरण का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करने का निर्देश कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी को दिया गया। इसके साथ ही नगर परिषद को शहर के प्रमुख स्थलों पर स्ट्रीट लाइट लगाने और जर्जर विद्युत खंभों को हटाने के आदेश दिए गए।

शहीद चौक और नगर भवन के सौंदर्यीकरण के लिए विस्तृत प्रस्ताव तैयार करने को कहा गया। करमडीपा क्षेत्र में प्रस्तावित नए बस स्टैंड के लिए भूमि चिन्हित करने तथा आवश्यक प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूरी करने हेतु अंचल अधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने शहर में ट्रैफिक जाम की समस्या पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए, बिना अनुमति के खड़ी बसों पर जुर्माना लगाने और जाम के स्थायी समाधान के लिए ठोस रणनीति बनाने का आदेश दिया। इसके अलावा, दुकानों के बाहर सड़क पर सामान रखने की प्रवृत्ति पर सख्ती से रोक लगाने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने ट्रेड लाइसेंस के नवीनीकरण हेतु जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाने और कैंप आयोजित कर लाइसेंस अपडेट करवाने को कहा। इसके साथ ही राजस्व संग्रहण को लेकर विशेष अभियान चलाने के भी निर्देश दिए गए।

शहर में मच्छरजनित बीमारियों की रोकथाम के लिए नियमित फॉगिंग और ब्लीचिंग पाउडर का छिड़काव सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में नियमित भ्रमण कर साफ-सफाई की स्थिति की निगरानी करने को कहा गया।

जन्म एवं मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करने की प्रक्रिया को सरल एवं समयबद्ध बनाने और जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का नियमित आयोजन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश भी बैठक में दिए गए।

इस विशेष बैठक में नगर परिषद कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी सहित नगर प्रशासन, राजस्व, स्वच्छता, स्वास्थ्य तथा अन्य विभागों के पदाधिकारी और नगर परिषद के कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
