गुमला में जनजातीय कल्याण योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न, केंद्र के संयुक्त सचिव बृज नंदन प्रसाद ने की प्रशंसा

गुमला, 1 अगस्त — जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के संयुक्त सचिव बृज नंदन प्रसाद ने शुक्रवार को गुमला जिले का दौरा किया और समाहरणालय सभागार में केंद्र सरकार की प्रमुख जनजातीय योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। बैठक में PM-JANMAN, धरती आबा जन जागृत अभियान और आदि कर्म योग योजना की समीक्षा के साथ योजनाओं की जमीनी क्रियान्वयन की स्थिति पर चर्चा की गई।

संयुक्त सचिव ने प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय सशक्तिकरण योजना (PM-JANMAN) के अंतर्गत जिले में हुए कार्यों पर संतोष जताते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग को निर्देश दिया कि मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट (MMU) की सेवाएं सुदृढ़ की जाएं ताकि दूरस्थ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में नियमित स्वास्थ्य शिविरों का आयोजन हो सके।

बैठक में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बताया कि गुमला जिला पीएम किसान, आधार कार्ड, जनधन योजना और आयुष्मान भारत जैसी राष्ट्रीय योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में राज्य में शीर्ष स्थान पर है। उन्होंने कहा कि जन जागरूकता कैंपों के माध्यम से छूटे हुए लाभुकों को चिह्नित कर योजनाओं से जोड़ने का कार्य लगातार जारी है। इस पर संयुक्त सचिव ने संतोष व्यक्त किया और जिले के समन्वित प्रयासों की सराहना की।

बृज नंदन प्रसाद ने आदि कर्म योग योजना की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इसके तहत पांच विभागों — वन, स्वास्थ्य, ग्रामीण विकास, आईसीडीएस और पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता — तथा कल्याण विभाग से तीन प्रतिनिधियों सहित कुल आठ कर्मियों की जिला मॉनिटरिंग टीम गठित की जाएगी। इन कर्मियों को रांची में एक सप्ताह का विशेष प्रशिक्षण मिलेगा। प्रखंड स्तर पर भी ऐसी टीमें गठित कर योजना प्रचार, कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग और जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जाएंगे।

धरती आबा जन जागृति अभियान के अंतर्गत अब तक आयोजित कैंपों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने जानकारी दी कि लोगों में जागरूकता बढ़ाने और सरकारी योजनाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित शिविर लगाए जा रहे हैं।

बैठक के समापन पर बृज नंदन प्रसाद ने गुमला जिला प्रशासन के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि राज्य के जनजातीय क्षेत्रों के विकास के लिए इस तरह की योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वे पूरी निष्ठा और सक्रियता से योजनाओं को सफल बनाने में जुटे रहें।
