अंचल दिवस में जनसमस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान, उपायुक्त ने लाभुकों को वितरित किए प्रशस्ति-पत्र और परिसंपत्तियाँ

गुमला : जिले के जारी प्रखंड मुख्यालय में शनिवार को आयोजित अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम के दौरान आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया गया। इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जन संवाद के माध्यम से कई शिकायतों और आवेदनों का मौके पर ही निपटारा किया गया। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य था—प्रशासन को जनता के करीब लाना और शासन की सुविधाओं को पंचायत स्तर तक पहुँचाना।

कार्यक्रम में अपर समाहर्ता, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी समेत अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। उपायुक्त ने दर्जनों लोगों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित किया और उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए तुरंत कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की।

58 में से 34 मामलों का मौके पर समाधान
इस अंचल दिवस में कुल 58 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 34 मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान कर दिया गया। शेष 24 मामलों की जाँच के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। भूमि विवाद से जुड़े मामलों में दोनों पक्षों को बुलाकर पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया के तहत समस्या का निपटारा किया गया।

प्रमाणपत्रों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट वितरण

• जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आए 5 सभी आवेदकों को तत्काल प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किए गए।
• आय प्रमाण पत्र (6 आवेदन) और आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र (2 आवेदन) भी मौके पर जारी किए गए।
• पारिवारिक सदस्यता, भूमि सत्यापन रिपोर्ट, पंजी-2 सुधार जैसे मामलों में भी现场 समाधान सुनिश्चित हुआ।

प्राकृतिक आपदा और किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड आवेदनों का निष्पादन
किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के तहत 5 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। प्राकृतिक आपदा से संबंधित कुल 11 आवेदनों में से 6 का समाधान现场 किया गया, जबकि 5 की जाँच के निर्देश दिए गए। विविध श्रेणियों के 10 में से 6 मामलों का समाधान कर दिया गया।

65 प्रशस्ति-पत्र और 20 साइकिलों का वितरण
कार्यक्रम की विशेष उपलब्धि रही कि 65 लाभुकों को प्रशस्ति-पत्र एवं परिसंपत्तियाँ दी गईं। साथ ही 20 स्कूली छात्र-छात्राओं को साइकिल योजना के अंतर्गत साइकिलें वितरित की गईं।

उपायुक्त ने दी सशक्त शासन की झलक
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि हर आवेदन का निष्पक्ष और शीघ्र निष्पादन हो। उन्होंने उपस्थित नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे अंचल दिवस का लाभ लें और अपनी समस्याओं को खुले मन से साझा करें।

अगला अंचल दिवस 23 अगस्त को डुमरी प्रखंड में
जिला प्रशासन ने जानकारी दी कि अगला अंचल दिवस कार्यक्रम 23 अगस्त को डुमरी प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय में आयोजित किया जाएगा। डुमरी प्रखंड वासियों से अपील की गई है कि वे अपनी अंचल संबंधी समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु निर्धारित तिथि को उपस्थित हों।

अंचल दिवस जैसी पहलें शासन की जमीनी स्तर पर प्रभावशीलता को दर्शाती हैं। जब अधिकारी स्वयं लोगों से मिलते हैं और समाधान देते हैं, तो नागरिकों का विश्वास प्रशासन में बढ़ता है। ऐसे कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से प्रशासन जनता के और अधिक करीब आता है।
