उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने श्रीनगर मॉडल आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया, माताओं से की स्तनपान पर संवाद

गुमला: जिले में विश्व स्तनपान सप्ताह के तहत चल रहे जागरूकता अभियान को और प्रभावी बनाने के उद्देश्य से गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शुक्रवार को श्रीनगर (जारी प्रखंड) के मॉडल आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने वहाँ उपस्थित माताओं से व्यक्तिगत रूप से बातचीत करते हुए शिशु पोषण, स्तनपान और मातृत्व स्वास्थ्य से जुड़ी आवश्यक जानकारियाँ दीं।

स्तनपान पर जागरूकता:
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि “जन्म के तुरंत बाद से छह माह तक शिशु के लिए माँ का दूध ही सर्वोत्तम आहार होता है। यह न सिर्फ शारीरिक और मानसिक विकास को प्रोत्साहित करता है, बल्कि नवजात की रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को भी मज़बूत बनाता है।” उन्होंने माताओं को स्तनपान कराने के सही तरीके, समय और इससे जुड़ी सावधानियों के बारे में विस्तार से समझाया।

भ्रांतियों को दूर करने का आह्वान:
उपायुक्त ने आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं को निर्देश दिया कि वे स्तनपान, पोषण और प्रसवोत्तर देखभाल से जुड़ी भ्रांतियों को दूर करने हेतु व्यापक जन-जागरूकता अभियान चलाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि जागरूकता ही वह माध्यम है जिससे माताओं को सही निर्णय लेने और नवजातों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने में मदद मिलती है।

आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण:
निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने मॉडल आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की भौतिक संरचना, स्वच्छता, पंजीयन व्यवस्था, पोषण आहार की उपलब्धता और बच्चों की उपस्थिति का बारीकी से अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने तत्काल प्रभाव से भवन की आवश्यक मरम्मती और सुविधाओं के उन्नयन के लिए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश जारी किए।

प्रशंसा और प्रतिबद्धता:
उपायुक्त ने आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की व्यवस्था और वहाँ कार्यरत कर्मियों की कार्यशैली की सराहना करते हुए कहा, “स्वस्थ मातृत्व और बाल्यावस्था के लिए स्तनपान अनिवार्य है, और जिला प्रशासन यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है कि प्रत्येक केंद्र में गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाएं प्रदान की जाएं।”

जिले भर में चल रहा है जागरूकता अभियान:
गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा पूरे सप्ताह चलाए जा रहे इस अभियान के तहत सभी प्रखंडों और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों पर लगातार जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि प्रत्येक परिवार तक स्तनपान के महत्व की सही जानकारी पहुँचे और समाज को कुपोषण मुक्त बनाया जा सके।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन की यह पहल केवल स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता का एक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि एक सामाजिक परिवर्तन की नींव है। जब प्रशासनिक नेतृत्व स्वयं मैदान में उतरता है और आम लोगों से सीधा संवाद करता है, तब अभियान केवल दिखावा नहीं, व्यवहार में परिवर्तन का माध्यम बनता है।
