गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो एवं अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक ने आगामी स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह के मुख्य समारोह स्थल परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम गुमला का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिला नजरत उप समाहर्ता ललन कुमार रजक भी उपस्थित रहे।
अधिकारियों द्वारा स्टेडियम परिसर की सफाई व्यवस्था, घास की कटाई, भवन का आवश्यक मरम्मत कार्य, रंग-रोगन तथा सजावट आदि तैयारियों का अवलोकन किया गया। मौके पर दिए गए निदेशों के अनुसार यह सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा कि सभी कार्य समयबद्ध ढंग से संपन्न हों, ताकि 15 अगस्त का मुख्य समारोह गरिमापूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न हो सके।
निरीक्षण के दौरान नगर परिषद, भवन प्रमंडल, स्पेशल डिविजन सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे। उप विकास आयुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें और हर स्तर पर तैयारियों को पूरी संवेदनशीलता व जिम्मेदारी के साथ संपन्न करें।
