जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, कई मामलों का हुआ त्वरित निष्पादन

गुमला : गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार आज शुक्रवार को उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में जिला मुख्यालय स्थित कार्यालय प्रांगण में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया।

दूर-दराज से आए आम नागरिकों ने भूमि विवाद, आपसी मतभेद, विभिन्न योजनाओं के लाभ, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करने, सुरक्षा से संबंधित मुद्दों तथा अवैध कब्जे जैसे विभिन्न मामलों को उप विकास आयुक्त के समक्ष रखा। कई समस्याओं का ऑन द स्पॉट निवारण किया गया साथ ही साथ शेष मामलों के त्वरित समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।

खरका ग्राम की बंधना उरांव ने अपनी पत्नी का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करने हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। तेलगांव निवासी लक्ष्मी नारायण ने अपनी पत्नी, जो वर्तमान में गुमला सदर अस्पताल में कार्यरत हैं, की सुरक्षा को देखते हुए उनका तबादला बसिया सीएचसी करने का अनुरोध किया।

डूमरडीह स्थित चरागाह भूमि पर अवैध कब्जे की शिकायत पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को एक सप्ताह के भीतर जांच प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करने का निर्देश दिया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त अन्य कई समस्याओं को भी गंभीरता से सुना गया तथा समयबद्ध समाधान का आश्वासन दिया गया।
