गुमला :- गुमला जिला में भाई बहन का पवित्र रक्षाबंधन त्यौहार धुमधाम हुआ सम्पन्न हुआ, प्रातः होते ही बहनों ने विभिन्न मंदिर में राखी लेकर पूजा अर्चना कर अपने अपने भाईयों के हांथो में राखी बांध कर भाइयों पर प्यार लूटाई और भाईयों की लम्बे उम्र की कामना की तो भाईयों ने अपनी अपनी बहनों की ( रक्षाबंधन ) रक्षा का वचन दिया और गिफ्ट देकर बहनो को सम्मानित किया, इस रक्षाबंधन त्यौहार पर चारो तरफ और सभी घरों में खुशनुमा महौल का नजारा देखने को मिला, विभिन्न चौक चौराहों के राखी और मिठाईयों की दुकानों में देर संध्या तक भीड़भाड का महौल देखा गया l
