गुमला NH-23 पर चलती बाइक पर गिरा बिजली का तार, पिता-पुत्र घायल, पत्नी ने मुआवजे की लगाई गुहार

गुमला जिले के राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ-23 (पालकोट रोड) पर बुधवार को एक बड़ा हादसा तब हुआ जब चलते मोटरसाइकिल पर अचानक बिजली का तार टूटकर गिर पड़ा। इस घटना में बैधीमा ग्राम (शांति नगर) निवासी सत्येंद्र साहू और उनके पुत्र अश्वनी राज गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, यह हादसा डुमरडीह गांव के समीप बरगद के पेड़ के पास हुआ, जहां जर्जर बिजली तार के टूटने से यह दुर्घटना घटी। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने तुरंत दोनों घायलों को गुमला सदर अस्पताल पहुंचाया।

पिता की पसली टूटी, बेटे को भी चोटें

अस्पताल में चिकित्सकों ने पुष्टि की कि सत्येंद्र साहू की पसलियों में फ्रैक्चर हुआ है और शरीर के अन्य हिस्सों में भी गंभीर चोटें आई हैं, जबकि उनके पुत्र अश्वनी राज को भी कई जगह चोट लगी है।
डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि सत्येंद्र साहू को लंबे समय तक इलाज और आराम की आवश्यकता होगी।

पत्नी की पीड़ा और मुआवजे की मांग

गंभीर रूप से घायल सत्येंद्र साहू की पत्नी लक्ष्मी देवी ने गुमला सदर थाना में बिजली विभाग के खिलाफ लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। उन्होंने कहा,
“मेरे पति ही घर के एकमात्र कमाने वाले सदस्य हैं। उनकी पसली टूट गई है और वे कब तक अस्पताल में रहेंगे, यह कहना मुश्किल है। ऐसे में इलाज का खर्च और घर का खर्च कैसे चलेगा? हम बिजली विभाग से उचित मुआवजा चाहते हैं।”

स्थानीय आक्रोश और बिजली विभाग पर सवाल

ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही और रखरखाव में शिथिलता के कारण यह हादसा हुआ। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो विभाग के खिलाफ आंदोलन किया जाएगा।
