घाघरा प्रखंड में साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण शिविर, 13 में से 11 शिकायतों का मौके पर निपटारा

गुमला जिले के घाघरा प्रखंड में आज आयोजित साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण शिविर में ग्रामीणों की विभिन्न समस्याओं को सुना गया और त्वरित कार्रवाई की गई। शिविर में कुल 13 शिकायतें दर्ज की गईं, जिनमें से 11 मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान कर दिया गया।

किन मुद्दों पर आईं शिकायतें?

प्राप्त शिकायतों में —

• वृद्धा पेंशन से संबंधित: 5 मामले
• जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से जुड़े: 2 मामले
• आवास योजना संबंधी: 1 मामला
• दिव्यांग पेंशन से संबंधित: 3 मामले
• मैय्या सम्मान योजना संबंधी: 1 मामला
• मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र से जुड़ा: 1 मामला

मौके पर समाधान और शेष मामलों की स्थिति

अधिकारियों की तत्परता से 11 शिकायतों का ऑन-द-स्पॉट निवारण किया गया, जबकि शेष 2 शिकायतों को इन-प्रॉसेस श्रेणी में रखते हुए आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू की गई।
विशेष बात यह रही कि किसी भी शिकायत को जिला स्तर पर भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ी।

प्रशासन का प्रयास

जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि ऐसे जनशिकायत निवारण शिविर नियमित रूप से आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं ताकि आम जनता की समस्याओं का तेजी और पारदर्शिता से समाधान हो सके।
एक अधिकारी ने कहा, “हमारा उद्देश्य है कि ग्रामीणों को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर न लगाने पड़ें।”
