गुमला में जिलास्तरीय समन्वय समिति की बैठक, सभी विभागों को समयबद्ध कार्य सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में जिलास्तरीय समन्वय समिति की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित कर योजनाओं का प्रभावी और समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करना था।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि प्रखंड और पंचायत स्तर पर भी नियमित बैठकें आयोजित कर प्रगति की निगरानी की जाए तथा आपसी सहयोग से समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया जाए।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर विशेष जोर

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा में उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों का नियमित निरीक्षण किया जाए और जहां बिजली व पानी की कमी है, वहां तुरंत व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित हो। निर्माण एवं मरम्मत कार्य 15वें वित्त आयोग की राशि से शीघ्र पूरे किए जाएं।
इसके साथ ही आयुष्मान कार्ड कैंप आयोजित कर लोगों को जागरूक करने और छूटे हुए व्यक्तियों की सिकल सेल जांच पूर्ण करने पर बल दिया गया।

टीबी मुक्त भारत और पोषण अभियान

अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि 31 अगस्त तक टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान में सक्रिय योगदान दें। साथ ही सैम (SAM) श्रेणी के बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य सुधार के लिए अगले तीन महीनों तक विशेष अभियान चलाया जाए।

कल्याण विभाग की प्राथमिकताएं

बैठक में सर्ना घेराबंदी, साइकिल वितरण योजना और मुख्यमंत्री चिकित्सा सहायता योजना की प्रगति पर चर्चा हुई। लाभुकों तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने और बच्चों के NPCI मैपिंग कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

जल आपूर्ति और आपदा प्रबंधन

जल जीवन मिशन एवं ग्रामीण पाइप जलापूर्ति योजनाओं की समीक्षा कर हर घर तक स्वच्छ पेयजल पहुंचाने के लक्ष्य को समय पर पूरा करने पर जोर दिया गया।
आपदा प्रबंधन के तहत बारिश से प्रभावित परिवारों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर आश्रय देने और व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार से लोगों को आपदा से बचाव के प्रति जागरूक करने की बात कही गई।

शिक्षा एवं जनशिकायत निवारण

शिक्षा विभाग के NPCI मैपिंग में आ रही समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए एलडीएम के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस पर प्राप्त शिकायतों का तय समय सीमा में निपटारा करने और प्रखंड/अंचल स्तर पर निस्तारित होने वाली शिकायतों को तुरंत हल कर गूगल शीट पर अपडेट करने पर बल दिया गया।

आवास और निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा

उपायुक्त ने वर्ष 2023-24 के अबुआ आवास योजना के अधूरे कार्यों को तुरंत शुरू कर तय लक्ष्य के भीतर पूरा करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए।
प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना और मनरेगा के लंबित निर्माण कार्यों, जॉब कार्ड, महिला भागीदारी और मानव दिवस सृजन जैसे बिंदुओं पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।

बैठक के अंत में उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी अधिकारियों से योजनाओं को पारदर्शिता, गुणवत्ता और तय समय सीमा के भीतर पूरा करने के लिए सतत निगरानी रखने और विभागीय तालमेल मजबूत करने की अपील की।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, SDO चैनपुर, SDO बसिया, सभी विभागीय अधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी और अन्य कर्मचारी मौजूद थे।
