झारखण्ड की सभी सात आदिवासी लडकियां फुटबॉल का जादू दिखाइयेगी भूटान मे

गुमला : गुमला जिले की पाँच आदिवासी परिवार की लडकियां SAFF अंडर 17 टीम की बनी हिस्सा, दिखाएंगी अपना दम खम और जोहर झारखंड की बेटियों ने एक बार फिर खेल जगत में राज्य का नाम रोशन किया है। आगामी सैफ अंडर-17 बालिका फुटबॉल प्रतियोगिता के लिए झारखंड की सात खिलाड़ी चुनी गई हैं।

इनमें से पांच खिलाड़ी गुमला जिले की हैं, जबकि रांची और हजारीबाग से एक-एक खिलाड़ी का चयन हुआ है। यह प्रतियोगिता भूटान में 20 से 31 अगस्त तक आयोजित की जाएगी।

चयनित खिलाड़ियों में गुमला आवासीय केंद्र की सूरज मुनि कुमारी, एलिजाबेथ लकड़ा, अनीता डुंगडुंग, विनीता होरो और वीणा कुमारी शामिल हैं।इसके अलावा हजारीबाग आवासीय बालिका फुटबॉल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र की अनुष्का कुमारी और रांची की स्टार वॉरियर्स टीम से दिव्यानी लिंडा को भी टीम में जगह मिली है।

गुमला प्रशिक्षण केंद्र की हैं पांच लड़कियां

गुमला बालिका फुटबॉल टीम की कोच वीणा केरकेट्टा ने बताया कि गुमला केंद्र की पांचों खिलाड़ियों का चयन टीम में होना पूरे जिले के लिए गर्व की बात है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह सभी खिलाड़ी किसान परिवार से आती हैं और कठिन परिस्थितियों के बावजूद फुटबॉल के प्रति अपनी लगन और मेहनत से इस मुकाम तक पहुंची हैं। सभी खिलाड़ी गुमला के सेंट पैट्रिक हाई स्कूल में पढ़ाई करती हैं।कोच केरकेट्टा ने बताया कि गुमला आवासीय केंद्र में इन खिलाड़ियों को नियमित प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। यहां उन्हें खेल की बारीकियों के साथ-साथ फिटनेस और अनुशासन पर भी ध्यान केंद्रित कराया जाता है। यही वजह है कि गुमला की बेटियां राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लगातार अपनी पहचान बना रही हैं।

फुटबॉल में झारखंड की लड़कियों की रही है पैठ

झारखंड में बालिका फुटबॉल की मजबूत परंपरा रही है। राज्य की कई खिलाड़ी पहले भी अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं में देश का प्रतिनिधित्व कर चुकी हैं। ऐसे में इस बार भी उम्मीद की जा रही है कि झारखंड की बेटियां अपने दमदार प्रदर्शन से भारत को जीत दिलाने में अहम भूमिका निभाएंगी।

गुमला, रांची और हजारीबाग की इन सातों खिलाड़ियों के चयन से पूरे झारखंड में खुशी का माहौल है। स्थानीय लोग और परिजन भी गर्व महसूस कर रहे हैं। ग्रामीण इलाकों से निकलकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रतियोगिता तक पहुंचना इन बेटियों के जुनून और मेहनत की बदौलत ही संभव है।
