घाघरा प्रखण्ड में साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस आयोजित

गुमला :ः गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में नियमित रूप से जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज दिनांक 18 अगस्त 2025 को घाघरा प्रखण्ड में जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुआ।

शिविर के दौरान कुल 16 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से वृद्धा पेंशन से संबंधित 8, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 5, मईया सम्मान योजना से संबंधित 1, मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित 1 तथा सड़क से संबंधित 1 आवेदन शामिल रहे। इनमें से 14 मामलों का निस्तारण स्थल पर ही कर दिया गया, 1 मामला जिला स्तर को अग्रसारित किया गया तथा 1 मामला प्रक्रियाधीन है।

आमजन की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान हेतु प्रत्येक प्रखंड में जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन लगातार किया जाएगा, ताकि लोगों को स्थानीय स्तर पर ही सुविधाएँ प्राप्त हो सकें।
